We have a 30 minute indoor cycling workout that is a high intensity calorie burner!! This rhythm ride is all about the HILLS, HIIT, and HOUSE music! The electronic dance music will make this cycling class feel like a serious PAR-TAY!

💁🏼‍♀‍ Hello! I'm Kaleigh! I attended my first Spin class when I was 15. Since then I've been addicted to spin classes and indoor cycling. Now, as a certified Spin class Instructor, Stages Beats Instructor, and NASM certified fitness trainer, my goal is to share the most fun, motivating, and energizing indoor cycling workouts that will bring out your inner BUTT-KICKER!

If you are doing a Spin class on a stationary bike or exercise bike instead of a spin bike and prefer to stay in the saddle, DO THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.
3rd position: increase your resistance and try and keep the same cadence.

yesterdays live ride was amazing! This one was tough for me. Because you ask for comments - I was with you for almost the whole ride - the second last song (?) with the final 60 second sprint dropped me at about half way. I was back for the final climb, etc. (10.4 miles over 31 minutes.... ) then on to 8 minute tabata abs (can't do all that) then stretching. A great morning workout! Thank you for all you do for us out here!

Fantastic workout. Had I not been following along I'd probably have stopped after 15 minutes. It's great that Kayleigh is encouraging us to push through to through to the end.. feels like such an accomplishment at the end. I really felt it in my legs. I'll definitely be repeating this.

When school started back in August, I started jogging outside for a change. I was really enjoying it until I sprained my ankle right before Thanksgiving. Took the rest of the Christmas season off, so now I have a few extra holiday pounds to shed. Anyway, was ready to throw in the towel today and you said tic tocs! Got my second wind!! Love tic tocs!! Love it. My 7 has now become my 6. Progress. I just have a tightening screw so don’t know what resistance I have but go by feel. My old 6 just feels too light!🚴💪🏼thank you.

I’m 39 and have never done spin classes before I recently got an indoor bike. Happened to find your classes and I am absolutely hooked. This one was especially fierce. I felt like puking after. Feel great now though! This is definitely going in my list to do again. Thank you so much!
