These walking workouts are such a great place for beginners and pain sufferers to start. And how good does it feel to taking the walking outside and get some fresh air and vitamin D. These workouts help build confidence for these populations. Great vid, Jordan! 🙌

I love this!! I have a sore ankle but didn't want to skip out on working out today so since I can't do my usual jump rope circuits this was perfect low impact that still gave me a good workout until my ankle heals. THANKS!!

These are so ideal for me! Thank you. Right now my weight is 300 lbs & I’m definitely at the beginning stage, physically at least 😂. My mind doesn’t seem to know how overweight I’ve grown nor how unable I am to do some moves.

I liked this. It was really awkward for me to do my arms out with the skater move, so I modified. I also appreciate that there's not excess chatter: You're just going through the moves and nothing more.

Respectfully suggest that more warning is given before a movement is changed. The quick transitions can be tricky for keeping our balance while moving into the next step.

i need help i been have chest pain and difficulty breathing for over a week now because of doing strenth on heavy stuff and i am only 12 years old can someone tell me what am i sopposed to do so this gose away forever thank you.

There's so many things that can cause it, muscular pain after training, respiratory infections and so on... But a visit to your doctor is always the best choice to exclude serious conditions and eliminate the fear of the unknown. You can't diagnose or treat that kind of problems over the chat. Good luck and hope you feel better soon.

Yes, we agree. It could be several different things. Please see your physician so they can check out your breathing areas, asthma, etc. you’re very young to have these issues so seeing a doctor will be your best bet.
