WooHoo!!! That was packed with a punch!!! As a regular, I can say these classes are designed by you so skillfully! I had way more calories burned at the final minute mark, than I do at the same time in the full length classes! You are really taking this to another level!!!!👌

This is by far my favorite ride. I was finally able to get in 90s for my jumps! I may not being losing weight like I want but I am feeling stronger and can make it through the pushes so I will take that!!

I’m about a day behind now (rest days shift when my migraines say so). I just want to say a couple of things: I completed the cycling part of the Live workout on my lunch break today. It was my first “LIVE” workout of yours and OMG! A real butt kicker and a fun workout. I’ll be doing strength this evening! Looking forward to it! Thanks for always bringing your energy. 🎉 Secondly, after a few days of your workouts last week, I felt like I performed so much better at soccer on Friday night. ❤ My stamina was up, my muscles felt stronger, my speed increased…thanks for your programs and all you do to support this group!

Wow this really is a great workout to start out your day. Today I decided to work out first thing in the morning, and honestly I thought I wasn’t going to be able to pull this workout through (cause I’m a heavy sleeper and I was struggling to keep my eyes open at the beginning 😅) but by the end of it I feel really energized, and again, loving this high intensity short workouts, they’re a time saver 🤍🤍 congrats on a great workout Kaleigh! Week 3 - August Intermission - Day 17 - Done. This ride was the perfect after dinner ride and a special closure for the day. It’s been a great day! Thank you Kaleigh, for this awesome ride session! I dedicated the early morning to my puppy! Finally found a playmate - was a very successful meet and greet! I’m so excited and happy for him! The avatar isn’t him, that’s his half sister who passed away last year at 1yrs old due to DCM. The avatar is her memorial.☺️🏁WINNING🏁⚡️🔥⚡️🔥⚡️🔥⚡️

This ride was so much fun! I loved the variety and the intensity! The music was absolutely 💯. I really liked the seated climbs with the heavy resistance. That is definitely a weak spot for me, and I need to work on that. Thanks for another great ride!
