Today was one of those “I don’t feel like it” days… I pressed play anyways, I was dragging a little more than usual through it but I feel so much better already! Maintaining is the hardest challenge! I have fluctuated some since backing off of such strict tracking for my nutrition but am determined it won’t derail me! I know some of the weight “gain” is actually MUSCLE from doing your incredible strength workouts. Continuing to work on being consistent and not letting the movement on the scale trick me into giving up!
