Join me for the #7DayThighChallenge!!!
You guys, this is your LAST 7 day challenge for May!! Once you finish the 7 Day Thigh Challenge, you'll have done FOUR back to back challenges for 28 days straight (have you ever been able to say that before?!?!). I am SO proud of you for making it this for so let's finish strong by slimming & toning those thighs!!
7 DAY THIGH CHALLENGE:
Purpose: To slim and sculpt your thighs in 7 days!
Begins: Monday May 25, 2020
Ends: Sunday June 1, 2020
Length: 7 days
Daily commitment: 20-30 min
How it works:
Day 1-7: Take a before picture of your legs & complete the workouts listed for the day. You can even film yourself doing these and have a cool progress video that you can upload to Instagram, TikTok, or KZbin at the end of the week!
Day 1-7: Make sure to drink at least 64 oz of water a day for all 7 days.
Day 1-7: Make sure to reduce your intake of refined/processed carbs (bread, crackers, cereal, pastries etc.) and replace with whole vegetables and fruits for 7 days.
End of Day 7: Take an after picture or video of your legs and upload the results to Instagram, TikTok, or KZbin! Make sure to include the #7DayThighChallenge hashtag and tag @blogilates so other users can find the challenge!

We'll do each move for 45 seconds, with a 15 second break between. Let's do this!!!

I agree 100%! I started her workouts during quarantine, I used to hate to sweat and feel fatigued but then I discovered her way of doing things: she challenges her audience and we can see results but she helps SO MUCH with putting us in the right positive mindset, it's exactly what I needed to get off my butt and start taking care of myself 💪💚

I remember a time where I couldn’t jump the squat lunges. And today, I just jumped them for ALL three rounds! Amazing how strong you can get from Pilates! We can do this popsters! Stay happy, healthy and safe everyone. Lots of love

YellowCyborg: Yes! It is f...in’ hard! I almost cried after the 2nd round! Why? Because the video is so hard, but I wanted to do that! So I didn’t give it up, and did the workout! And I feel tired, and also very happy! Good Luck for y’all! And don’t forget,! If you doing any kind of workouts do that for YOURSELF! And don’t workout because other people called you this or that! me too!! I still remember the first day feeling when doing squat lunges, i hate myself for being that "heavy" hahahahaa! and now the fourth day, i can do at least 2 rounds of squat lunges! But i still hate it LOLL

Guys, I'm just sharing my results ;) *Day 01* Thighs: R- 21.65 inches L- 22.4 inches Belly: 36 inches Waist: 30 inches By *Day 07* my thighs looked slimmer, really. Thighs: R- 19.2 inches L- 18.5 inches Belly: 34 inches Waist: 28 inches As you can see this challenge not only slimmed my thighs down but also my Belly fat. Edit: 3 months later, Guys I'm still on my fitness journey and now my measurements are Belly: 30 Inches Waist: 26 Inches Thighs: 19 Inches I'm so happy you guys and I'm going to keep going xd

Just did my 5th day workout and so far Thighs: from 66cm to 62cm to each leg Waist: from 78 to 74 Hips: from 105 to 101 I AM ALREADY SEEING RESULTS THATS AMAZING! THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH💕 Edit: Okay so I forgot to update it😂 Thighs: 61 Waist: 72 And hips: 97 I only did this cardio and nothing else and it really did help a lot🥵 STAY STRONG!

This challenge didn't seem too bad, but maybe it's because Cassey has trained us well! Day 1: I feel so strong to make it through! but also that was still tiring! Day 2: GUYS. I couldn't walk down the stairs without any cramping cause my legs were SO BURNED OUT! This is TIRING but in a GOOD way! Day 3: Thank you for the likes! my goodness I am surprised! Day 4: Went through this whole workout without stopping! But super sweaty ^^! which is goodd Day 5: ^^ same as yesterday. I think I'm starting to see some changes!! Day 6: Added 2 5 pound weights to this - makes a huge difference! Day 7: (rest day)

Squat lunges are DEFINITELY the worst!! 😂 I switch it with the chair releves because I just can't do them after the pile pulses. I do right side lunges, then squat lunges, left side lunges, pile pulses, chair releves, brightest circles, left leg circles. Just switching up the order helps a lot for me!

If you hate it, you should change it. If you hate an exercise you will more likely to quit the whole routine. Change it to something more enjoyable

I'm literally dripping with sweat right now, my thighs were cracking and popping at the circles. i can barely do the squat lunges and i do the modification of all of them, my legs burn and they feel a little firmer by the day. i love this feeling of progress and i am so happy with myself. one day i will fly through these workouts.

samee! I do all the modifications and even then I do it all turtle speed by 3rd round. the sore but firm feeling the day keeps me coming back though :D

This is one of my favorite leg workouts from Cassie! I can really feel my legs slimming. I have been doing Cassie's monthly calendar workouts for about 2-3 months now (have definitely taken a few breaks scattered throughout - missed one day of working out here and there) but I honestly feel like my legs, especially the hips/upper thigh areas, are slimmer now! My pants definitely look better on me because it doesn't bulge out so much at the upper thighs as much!

WOAHHH just completed day 6 cardio , going to do the beautiful thigh sculpt soon. This challenge really isn’t easy at all, and if you’re reading this and completed the workout too GOOD JOB! If you are reading this but haven’t done it, DO IT! From day 1, I had to take many breaks in between and dying to day 6 and completing the workout with no breaks at all. Pilates has really helped me built endurance and I feel great after workouts. Cassey! If you’re reading this, I want to thank you so so much. Thank you so much for your encouraging words and I really enjoy your workout videos, i love working out with you! I honestly hate cardio and I’m so thankful to have come across your channel because POP Pilates is SO SO MUCH FUN! But I challenged myself to complete this 7day Thigh Challenge despite despising cardio HAHA and I’m proud of myself and I’m thankful for your encouragement and positivity. It really got me wanting to workout. I literally dread working out and then after I workout I just feel so accomplished and then the next day I do it again HAHA. Thank you so much and I really look forward to more fun and torturous workouts!

I watched this video and it's my first day and I'm already loving it! I'm not just gonna do it for 7 days! this is AMAZING! Thank you for posting these exercise videos! My friends and I used to run a lot and play outside, but no one else does it now (the boys do but they don't give us any turns and they play with toy guns sometimes and run) so these are good for my legs! They really make me sweat (which is good) and I get more of a workout than I would even I went and played outside! I am 11 years old and I want stronger legs.

Y'all this works! I've been doing it ON AND OFF (like majorly on and off) for twenty days now and my legs look so much slimmer, especially at that above-the-knee area. The muscle seems to have sculpted downward towards my knees instead of floppily hanging at the sides. The difference is so much so that my right leg (which I work harder) looks thinner than my left.

I just completed this 7 day thigh challenge! And GIRL! I loved this workout and love you as a coach! The workouts are fun but easy to follow. Cassie, you are so personal in the vids and I really felt like you were in the room with me keeping me motivated! Not gonna lie, I could NOT hang with the squat lunges in the beginning but by the end of the week I was for sure stronger! And now, on to the 7 day glute challenge! 🍑 Thanks so much Cassie 💕 (first trainer on youtube/online I’ve enjoyed enough to stick with)

I have been making this video for 4 days now and I already see or notice changes and that makes me so happy because otherwise I always give up too quickly cause I see no results. I’m so excited to power through this challenge! Cassey’s 20-minute inner thigh isolation workout has truly helped me tone my legs and strengthen my quads and calves, so I’m absolutely sure this one and the upcoming Beautiful Thighs Sculpt will be effective as well. 🥰

study hard - Her 20-minute Inner Thigh isolation video, which is the first one on her Isolation Series. Just look it up. A very challenging one because it has lots of pliés. Hahaha!

I Don't know whether it works on thigh but believe me it helps me alot to relief my constipation since I started. .. I recommend to all of you guys that you should try this for constipation ..

Guys remember if you’re just consistent for two weeks you can start to see change. Don’t give up! Drink lots of water, I promise it works❤ you’ll be so happy when you finally start seeing change, by that time you’ll have way more motivation to keep pushing, keep up the good work!

I usually just run, bike or walk for exercise, but apparently I’ve injured my glute/hip due to the long time repetitiveness and I’m going insane not being able to workout. My husband suggested Pilates, never done it, but I found you and love your workouts and it doesn’t aggravate my injury. Thank you so much for sharing these workouts otherwise this mom of 6 would go crazy. ❤

I really like the music in this one! The beat is louder and and stronger - really helps when I feel like I'm about to die during the workout (which is about 80% of the time).

Everyday for the next seven days I will come back to this comment and say progress! Day one 10/3/23: Legs are trembling! Was sweating bullets just after round one! Felt great afterwards though, throughout the workout I could feel the burn! Coming back tomorrow with another update! Day two 10/4/23: Got so much more done today! Yesterday I only got halfway through the video and today I got all the way through. Since as long as I cna remember, I could never cross my legs in a “lady manner” and today I finally could, the stretching of the hips in the leg circles definitely helped. For the first thirty seconds after finishing the video you feel like your dying, but after that you feel accomplished and proud, and you feel generally good, I’ll be back for part three tomorrow!

Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4:✅so apart from the squat lunges I can do anything perfectly! I just need 5 min of break between all the sets Day 5: only did 1 set, no time Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ❌muscles were burning when I did started working out

The circle legs make my femur pop out of my hips every time :( (despite being quite flexible and not suffering from any known bone troubles)hoping they will warm up to this at the end of the week
