Please do check your vitamin d and calcium levels because their deficiency my be the case like I had. Only with vit d you will absorb calcium in your body. I was appalled by my levels, we need the range 25-80 in vit d level I had 12.5🤯

Hi, I've done Cassie's workout for 3 months now. Before, my entire legs were pudding. But now, my outer thighs as hard as concrete, and for my inner thighs it's a bit slower but they are definitely much more firm! :D Believe in yourself and your body! U got this!

Oliver Fat that sits behind the knee caps. People that are bigger tend to have more fat around that area. Best is to do a normal leg work out though. Don’t think there is a knee fat workout.

Ps: I'm not overweight, I work out butt and legs like crazy and I get results everywhere but in the knee area. So no, it's not just a "bigger" person problem and it's not something you can get rid of just with regular leg workout

I'll be doing this for 1 week! Day 1: [✓] My thighs were in PAIN! Day 2: [✓] My thighs burns so bad! Day 3 : [✓] Again, my thighs were in pain but I can already see some result! Day 4 : [✓] I'm still having a hard time on the first part of the exercise, yet the result is already showing! Day 5 : [✓] Yes! It hurts but I am already used to it. Day 6 : [✓] I'm surprised that I felt less pain than before. Day 7: [✓] Yay! I have done it! This was so crazy yet I feel very proud of myself. Final thoughts and result: My legs slimmed down and my inner thighs became more toned. I didn't measured my inner thighs for I don't want to get too obsess with it. I had ED, so... It is better for me not to do body measurements. Good luck to everyone! I am now doing the 10 minutes inner thigh workout.

So I'm doing this in quarantine, trying to get in shape for the summer when I'll *hopefully* be going to Spain with my friends! I'm doing three of the isolate videos per day, and I will update this every day that I do this video! Day 1: Day 2: This video kicked my butt!! I had to take breaks like every 20seconds for some of the moves, and it's really crazy how weak my inner thighs are compared to other parts of my body Day 3: It felt a bit easier today, but I also wasn't really in the mood to work out today so it was harder in that sense - Still powered through!! Day 4: I didn't do this video today, but I wanted to update anyway! I did abs and obliques today, and the plank at the end of the abs video was nearly impossible because of it!!! Still feeling really good though! Day 5: Day 6: I took a break today, because my spine was really killing me, but I managed to finish this video before I stopped. I'm going to rest today, and hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow Day 7: I was in a bad headspace today, so I didn't want to force myself to do anything and make it worse Day 8: Day 9: Today went well!! I'm starting to realise that the abs and oblique videos are getting easier for me to do, and I'm going to start a diet tomorrow. I mean, it's not a strict diet, just watching what I eat and eating less sugar. Day 10: Finished today!! Going on strong Day 11: I was in a really bad way today, so I took a day off to rest because I didn't want to force myself to do anything that would make me feel worse, or that I wouldn't enjoy Day 12: I rested again today because I felt even worse, and I had a few things to do for my mum's birthday tomorrow Day 13: Day 14: Day 15: Went well today, drinking lots of water and eating healthily!! Feeling good! Day 16: Day 17: Day 18: I've been going well up until now, but today was just one of those bad days so I took a break. I hope that I'll feel better tomorrow Day 19: Back up today! It went really well and I have study leave next week as well, which means my own schedule so I'll be able to fit lots of this in! Note: I just wanted to say how I've also been doing cardio latin dance workouts and they have helped me so much. I am so much more comfortable with my body, even though I'm not yet seeing results everywhere from the pilates (Which is totally fine, because I really haven't been doing it consistently for that long) but I feel like when I'm doing those dances I'm actually empowered and I feel like I am actually getting to grips with accepting my body for all that it is and what it does for me. I'm also just generally more confident about my looks, and having been in some really dark places, I just wanted to put this little note out there for whoever might read this. It genuinely does get better. It might take some time, it might not happen the way you expect it to, but it will get better. Just don't give up! I'm here if you ever just want to talk ❤️ Day 20: Day 21: Today I went on a hike for Mother's Day, so I didn't do anything else today Day 22: I was still kind of sore in my glutes and calves from the hike, so I rested again today Day 23: Day 24: I am noticing that my stomach is flatter when I flex my abs now Day 25: Day 26: Day 27: My period hit me really hard today, so I had to take another break Day 28: The pain was five times worse today, so I didn't work out because I couldn't stand up :/ I am really struggling at the moment because of quarantine, so I have decided to change from doing these videos to doing more cardio. My main focus is going to be bike riding, and I think this will be really good for me to get out in the sun and to help me take my mind off of everything. I won't be updating on this comment at the moment, but I might come back in the future!

Can I tell you something guys? i was about to quit these 5 first minutes cause i did the plie squat challenge which was about like 7 to 8 minutes massacre! I was almost crying but then i told myself "take a break, stretch your thighs and u will get through this, you are insurmountable, you are strong, this is easy" and read to myself out loud "Sometimes you have to stand for yourself to yourself". And i did this workout too! My inner thighs probably never were so injured before. like really i feel like i almost lost them during this workout. But Cassey you are my hero! So I’ve been doing 20min inner thigh work, 20 min arm out work, 20 min abs workout=total 1 hour a day 6 times a week for 3 months. Not gonna lie first 2 weeks were absolute torture. Result after 3 months= lost 20lbs and body is more toned. It’s still challenging but it’s not as torturous as the first month. Thanks a lot Casey!!!!!! Love your workout videos!!!

i've known her for 5/6years plus now and it's the first time i've gotten my period while doing an exercise XD. gave me a shock! hahahaha. i think it's my first time commenting but Cassey! you were with me when I was anorexic and i stopped doing your workouts (then gained back 10++ kg due to binge eating) and now i'm at a healthy state of mind and body after years. I just wanna say i've been trying out other workout videos and NO ONE is like you. your energy makes a 20 minute workout feel like a 12 minute one, and a 12 min one like a 2 min one!! i don't know why but i really love your videos and u actually make me wanna workout. like you just make me smile! you make me feel so capable and strong and i'm so happy I've got an older sister figure here to cheer me on. much loves!

The past 3 years, going on 4 years, I've had several major surgeries on my back with, I hope, one more to go in late March. My body has gone to pot, especially from the waist down. I've cried to see the shape I've gotten in but walking with a walker and sitting so much won't help me much. I love the way you teach, nice and slow and I foresee me using your videos to help get a little bit of me back! Thank so much! Donna

I’m going to update this every day I also do dance and eat clean too Day 1: It was really hard and hurt like hell and had to take lots of breaks Day 2: My legs were sore in the morning but still pushed through and there was no breaks Day 3: I can tell it’s working because I have these shorts which were too tight and now they’re a bit looser Day 4: Didn’t do the last 2 exercises it hurt like hell during squats but I can tell my thighs are getting thinner

Okay...so I just heard the phrase "...zero breaks in between" and my legs are already quaking. I've seen so many encouraging comments about people completing Cassey's workouts everyday over a two week period of time and am seriously considering it. Guess I'll do it and record my progress here so I can stay committed to it. Let's do it!

Ohh my. This is magical. When I did this for the first time, my thighs were sore for 3 days and I couldn't walk.(even though I didn't complete the whole workout) 2 weeks later did this Belive me or not I was able to complete the whole 20 min workout (still felt the burn badly) and also walked on my legs right after I finished!! Feeling stronger. Thanks Cassey!! Love you

When I first started my legs were so shaking and I wanted to cry but I’m looking forward! Day 2: I almost cried bc my legs still hurt but it’s getting easier Day 3: I see some results, just a little🤠

Hi cassey, I have terrible knees, and can't put a lot of weight on them, with kneeling. But I was wondering if there was a way that we can isolate the butt, but do one that won't kill my knees. I absolutely love your videos, and have a lot of fun working out to them. Also George is a sweetheart

She actually did a knee-friendly PIIT and you can check it out! My knees hurt too, I reckon it's because my posture was incorrect when I did my squats, (because I am not overweight and stuff) so now I know the importance of maintaining the correct posture when I do my workouts. i'm going to write my progress here! i did her outer thigh workout and it worked really well for me so i'm doing this too Day 1: my thighs were shaking at some point, but i can feel the burn Day 2: i already see the difference! my legs were really sore from yesterday so it was 2x harder to do but i did it... Day 3: i don't see much difference, but i know these things take time so i'll keep going! my legs were still very sore, so exercise was harder today too... and shaking was still there... Day 4: i see a lot more difference, the soreness and shaking has lessened, but still not gone yet. Day 5: huuge difference... tysm

Day 1: Hardest part was the pointed pliée. I moved my legs in closer since I felt to far to squat down. After that is wasn't terribly unbearable. Day 2: Pliée just as hard! 😫 but I know I'm making progress and endurance!

Dear Future Grass, this was not at all an easy video. Especially the plié section! OMG! My thighs feel like an angry beast CHOMPED into them! On the bright side, my legs have never looked oh so good. THis was my first time doing this workout. I just got my spidery veins treated about 8 days ago. I'm using this to help the healing. I really like that it works the thighs so much, but also, the rest of the legs, the tush and even the lower abs. Wonder Work-0ut!
