This is prefect for me. I am 62 yo. This is the right pace, no squats and all standing up. Thanks for creating this routine.

This was perfect! Loved the pace... got my heart rate up, made me sweat, and was a great toning for my upper body. Next time I'm going to slap on some ankle weights to increase the toning in the lower body. Thank you!

Walking and then added short swims to daily or weekly quarantine routine. Missed weight classes at gym. I find this video perfect for getting back into weights and frankly, this 20 minutes seems like a good workout. thanks

I actually did this workout. Thought it was pretty good. I was looking for some light weight training cause my upper arms are just so weak, I have to start building up some upper body strength. And at least I used 3 lb weights. Plus, I have such pain in my left shoulder. I got a frozen shoulder due to a lot of stress this year, go figure?! So I have been trying to work them out.

This was a great workout. I loved the low impact cardio/weight combo. It burned for sure. I'm not a big cardio fan and just thought of it can make me not wanna move, but this combo i will come back for!

Second time of doing the workout, the weights definitely dial up the cardio (especially, I found, the butt kickers). Hope to see more of this format.

Loved this workout - thank you very much! I have a structural problem; my spine is straight (as opposed to having that curve) plus I suffer from bulge disk. So I cannot exercise like I used to; aggressively and high impact :( so I am having to change the way I exercise which is tough. I loved and enjoyed this so much I am including it in my routine! :)

I found ur channel 2 days back.. i loved d wrkout... wat shud b the minimum weight in d beginning ..i hv survical.. i hv 1 kg dumbell earlier it was fine bt now my neck n shoulder pain wen i lift 1 kg dumbell

Hi Marischa, I am a senior and loving all of your low impact workouts. I am doing the week #9 right now and noticed that for each day you have 2 workouts. Are we supposed to do them both?.

Oh I love cardio with dumbbells workouts! I always feel like I'm getting more bang for my buck. And it's low impact which I need right now as I'm recovery from a foot injury. What is the weight of your dumbbells?

Do a good 5 to 10 minute deep stretch routine to help with that...it helps me. I have been working out with dumbbells lately...😊😊
