I just found your channel and I want to thank you. I started Monday with Back and Biceps, Tuesday Chest and Triceps, today is legs and butt(I need a double knee replacement so I'll have to modify alot but I'm doing it), Thursday will be shoulders and Friday will be stretching and Abs. After each workout, I'm doing 3 sets of 30 second planks. I will increase this time weekly by 15 secs. I've lost 5 pounds since Monday! I'm doing intermittent fasting eating from 11a-7a, I'm vegan so I just eat clean, vegan protein fruit smoothies and lots of green veggies and tons of water. I'm very overweight, I'm a 5'10 woman starting weight of 250 Monday, I weighed in at 245 this morning. My goal first goal is 200. My final goal is 180. Once I get there I'll evaluate my body and if I look like I want, I'll maintain but one thing for certain....I'M NOT GIVING UP! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I can workout from the comfort of my home and I feel accomplished! Also: its 3 other ladies doing this with me. We appreciate the time you've taken to out this awesome channel together. I will post updates.

I talked to my massage therapist and he highly recommended doing only two muscle groups per day. Allowing them to get a good 3-4 days off to recover. So by the time you get to the final group of muscles to work on. It's been 3 days since the first set had a workout. He said you should see much better results. And that's speaking from his own experience.

Loved this workout! I have a 5 month old and getting a workout in at home that makes me sweat in minimal time is difficult. This was perfect for my skill level and equipment i have at home. Will be doing many more of your workouts now that we are home for quarantine!

Great workout...couldn't do the jump squats due to knee issues so I alternated it with a step in and out on the squat and switched the step out leg midway through the set. Didn't get my heart rate up as much as the jump squat would have, but still effective for the muscle burn. Keep the workouts coming. You guys are my favorite channel!

Wow. I'm an endurance runner that just caught a case of ITBS. Needed some workouts for the legs to fix this issue and just found this video. Always thought my legs were pretty strong, being able to run all those miles and all.....yeah, this workout told my legs a different story. Thanks! Gonna check out your other stuff now!

Thanks for the great video! I just feel pity because my right ankle is injured badly and that's why I can't do any squats. Surgeons and physiotherapists have told the ankle joint never works properly. :( I can do kick bags, lying leg extensions, glute bridges, dead lifts with straight legs without problems. I try to find a good version of the leg press which I can do with resistance bands.

Those jump squats can be brutal and tough on the joints. Deads are a great alternative.
