I'm trying to lose weight and tone up and this video really helped me get my form right and push me.i couldn't manage the full 30 secs for some but I'll get there.

like this, thank you! part of why i chose this was because of how modestly yall were dressed, it helps then to not get vain about the workouts but have a more holistic lets-treat-my-body-well-through exercise approach. it's much kinder!

I just took up resistance training after a foot injury forced me to take a break from jogging. I soon wanted to find a dedicated upper-body circuit that I could squeeze in alongside my regular full-body band workout. This video is perfect. Nice variety of challenging exercises, and the encouragement from the trainers helps keep me on task. Looking forward to doing this workout many times in the future. Keep up the good work.

Hey guys I really appreciate your channel. I've lost 36lbs on the Plant Paradox food plan by Dr. Gundry. I've met my weight goal and now I'm looking to firm up. My husband bought me some resistance bands and I found your channel. I've been documenting exactly which workouts I've done each day. I can't wait to see measurements in 30 days. I am new to resistance band workouts and have really enjoyed this one. Thank you so much for providing it! After using this one for several weeks I just realized that the taller you are, the more difficult the resistance band workout is. (I am 6' 4"!)

I recently got a bad leg injury and have been having to do a bunch of different upper body/weights workouts. This saved me, and I felt the burn! You guys had me laughing through it, especially the “beauty is pain “ 😂 thank you!

Awesome workout! It's amazing what you can do with resistance bands to get the same strengthening exercises you'd get at a gym. Only thing I would recommend for someone who hasn't watched your videos at all is a short overview of what the workout is going to be. Found myself pausing multiple times to get my bands in the right spot since the demo was usually only 5 to 10 seconds before start. Not a big deal though! Thanks a lot!

After many videos and apps, this video and some others on this channel are the only things which have made me exercise at least for a week now. The exercises are simple, easy to follow. But most importantly, its the hosts.It feels like working with friends. They feel like normal people trying to get fit..not some chiseled 6-pack greek gods who see us disapprovingly :)

This was amazing!! I’ve been really lacking upper body workouts because I don’t own weights. Would it be possible to say which muscle were working on with each move? I have trouble connecting to the move if i don’t know what to focus on.

I wanted to get back in shape after having knee surgery and I ordered resistant bands and I saw this work out. And I started it one month ago. In the beginning I was a little slow but at this moment I’m doing pretty good. I look forward to waking up every morning and doing this work out. Thank you guys great workout

I love your playful and upbeat attitude, and the workouts are good. Your vids are making it easy for me to figure out how to workout without weights. One will never completely replace the other, but I think I will focus on bands for a while even after the gyms reopen.

Well got out of the hospital earlier this month for a heart issue so it's nice to have routines like this to do since I wasn't allowed to exercise until it was fixed. A good routine to recouperate to!

I always come back to this video when I have leg injuries to burn calories and work up a sweat. Tried your other videos which are great but this is the best for me. Those Arnolds are a killer :D Thank you for sharing your workouts.

Thanks guys, I love this workout. I couldn't do the overhead tricep extensions because one of my bands snapped this way (it's not the band itself that is weak, but the fiber that connects the hooks at the end). If you're like me and using cheaper bands, you can do a single overhead tricep extension and alternate arms.

Awesome workout for my upper body, shoulders, biceps and triceps. Love the way you do everything 3 times which helps improve the form through repetition. I also like the motivational words of encouragement during the workout. I have a rotator cuff injury. However this type of workout does not aggravate it. Thanks guys!

Resistance band set best thing some man has made. I love it so much because its simple to use and you can gain some great muscle with them. I got my at trainhome shop, they are great and shipping is fast

This was GREAT. I did this because my legs were sore from yesterday's full body. Need a little help with "where I should feel" the squeeze. Some parts are so weak that I have to concentrate on where I should feel the exercise working. Thanks again!

I dig my upper body workouts. I was using weights but the higher you go, the more expensive. I like the resistance and using my body weight as a full anchor. Compared to free weights, it's less pressure on joints and back. Good way to learn good form and feel the burn where ya should.
