DUUUUUDE. I LOVED this workout! definitely enough of a challenge that I'm a lil sore and sweaty but not so hard I couldn't keep up! I also loved that you sneaked a spec of abs in at the end and that you incorporated some STRETCHES at the end! I wish everyone did that!

I was doing this workout with 8 pound dumbells but that was much too much weight for my body. I am very thin but not too thin the entire workout Is best for me with a lighter weight

I didn’t like that the workout repeated the same moves over and over again. Maybe doing one set of two moves twice and then another set of two with different moves would keep it more interesting. Thank you!
