Also, I can’t step up the way you want me to on my bench because my head will hit the ceiling so I have to use a stepper and that’s it. It’s not that high off the floor.

What happened to music along with movements and much less talking as you stop to do it and it takes way from fat burning or heart rate as you, also using straight chin and back will help the ladies get it right. let's have some fun, use your skills to bring motivation as well :)
