Not sure why you don’t have more followers! Your routines are perfect for us ladies who don’t care for going to the gym but still want some good movement and to keep our bodies healthy, not too much but still challenging! I’m doing this routine tomorrow. Thank you!!!

I truly enjoyed this workout and got sweaty. Furthermore, I feel myself strong and proud of myself, meanwhile after hiit or viral cardios I am miserable and tired + not satisfied with myself. Thank u for your job!

I really struggle with the side plank and when I do it I find that my back hurts. Should I carry on with it and try and correct my form, or should I stop and find an alternative exercise?

If you are sure that your form is correct, it means that your muscles are not strong enough yet to support your body in that position.. so either do it standing on the knee, or stop altogether until you develop your strength. I had the same issue but with the normal plank, pain in the lumbar area. Now, after 5 months of intense workouts, I have no issues anymore.

can we gain muscle just using dumbbells at home rather than lifting heavy weights at gym?

Yes, as long as you continually and gradually increase the weight of your dumbbells you should be able to gain a lot of muscle :)

I enjoyed the first round but when you said it would be repeated two more times I stopped. I don’t like workouts with that much repetition. I’d prefer unique exercises for the whole workout. I like you, a lot, but not this type of format. Thanks for listening.
