That was so challenging! The "short practice" was deceving me again. I am not at this level yet. My arms were shaking in downward dog. I do all the flows on my knees.

18.2.2024: Easier than 11 months ago. Lots of vinyasas indeed. Last time I was really frightened by the intensity of this practice. 😅 Nice to know that I can do this, yay!
