21 Signs Your Body Needs Specific Nutrients 1. Tingling in the toes, also known as peripheral neuropathy, can be caused by a vitamin B1 deficiency. Pork, liver, meat, eggs, and sunflower seeds are the best sources of vitamin B1. 2. Cracks in the corner of the mouth can be caused by a vitamin B2 deficiency. Consume liver, red meat, and eggs to increase vitamin B2 intake. 3. Thinning hair can be caused by a biotin deficiency. Without enough biotin, you can’t make keratin, the protein needed to make hair. 4. Premature graying of the hair can be caused by a vitamin B9 deficiency. Folate (vitamin B9) repairs DNA, helps prevent cancer, and supports melanin production. 5. Mouth ulcers can be caused by a vitamin B12 deficiency. To increase your intake, consume more red meat, liver, and clams. 6. Deep pelvic bone pain can be caused by vitamin D deficiency. 7. Heavy menstrual bleeding can be caused by high estrogen levels or a vitamin K1 deficiency. Dark leafy green vegetables and liver are the best sources of vitamin K1. 8. Good morning dear Dr Berg. I'm on my wonderful healthy keto journey again. It's so true how we need more magnesium. I do wonder though, why is everything drying up still. Ex. Eyes and hair.. if you have time please do a video on that. Ps I'll be 63 in two months I am 5'4 and 119 thank you and I go to the gym maybe 3 times a week thank you

Thank you for what you do Dr Berg. I have a question for you. Who makes the best multi-vitamin that covers all these basses, or at least as many as possible? Walking through the supplement isle at Walmart, or the drug store is very confusing, with all the different brands and mixes. I feel like I would have to but 20-30 different supplements to cover all these nutrients. Thanks again.

I have my blood drawn yearly, and have an independent lab run a full mineral panel… as well as vit e and D. Vit D status… ones “ dip stick” for your body.!

Thank you sir, very generous of you to share your knowledge and in an easy to understand way. A heads up for folks out there - you can get both Dr. Berg's Vitamin D and his B complex and set it up on auto-subscribe so can set it and forget it, 20,000 iu of Vitamin D and a quality Vitamin B complex it comes out to $1/day - very reasonable I think. Also Dr. Berg's electrolytes is my favorite, I like because it comes in bulk size, it can hit your magnesium sodium and potassium. We like the tangerine flavor, combine it with fresh lemon and apple cider vinegar it tastes just like orange juice. That plus follow Dr. Bergs healthy Keto protocol, add in homemade saurkraut and homemade kefir, and you can hit all the bases really low cost. I lost 105 lbs in 2023 and have been maintaining my target weight for 12 months now. This stuff really works - do it!

no. aside from vitamin D in winter you really dont need supplementation even if you are deficient, because you can get huge amount of nutrients from spirulina, shilajit, fermentation, and juicing. and thats way better for you than an isolated nutrient because you get the full pack

Dr. I took 2mg methylfolate and 3mg folic acid supplement together for 25 days will it cause any harm. I am so much concerned and afraid😢. Some research on Google saying that it may cause cancer. 😢😢😢😢i didnt know about it

@@edjack5on some study suggest it cannot cause cancer and some studies suggest it increase the risk of developing cancer and other found no link... It's for both methyl folate and folic acid.. when I was taking them as supplements, I was only knowledgeable that they are b vitamins and any excess can be excreted by the body.... but after consuming such higher doses they are recommending Me such researches.😫😫😫 Bro will it cause me harm.

But - this is a good thing! Every presentation has variations which aids retention by viewers. The majority of what we view goes in one ear and out the other because there is way too much information overload in our world- it trains us to tune out. I appreciate some repetition for training my memory in the other direction - retention. If you are better than me at having info down pat on the first or second exposure you can just skip videos. Your observation is true, but you offer it as a critique, and I couldn't honestly say that your critique is valid - the channel is watched by many thousands of people, all with differing levels of understanding and exposures to the information. For what is obviously, by viewership numbers, the majority of them, the videos aren't repetitive.
