Thought that was a lil interesting, probs included it because developers knew the player would talk to the first guy instead of the second guy

Here’s something interesting. You can find Nuka Cola Quantum in F:NV. Behind the first gas station you see in Lonesome Road, there is a wooden crate. And there is a tiny chance that inside that crate you will find a single bottle of NCQ- the only one in the entire game.

I was watching a KZbinr who was using an A.I. to choose what to do in New Vegas. I had to stop watching after episode 3. KZbinr said he knew New Vegas, but he didn’t know Cook Cook, didn’t know what the star bottle caps are for and didn’t stop to talk to Cass at the Mojave Outpost, and didn’t even check the building with ED-E in Primm. AND again another reason I still find New Vegas Fascinating. 15:30 Stomp attack. I just don't Use VATS in New Vegas ever. I used it in 3 because there was no aim down sights. And when New Vegas fixed that I was ... or rather still am So Anti VATS That I don't even use it in the ONE build it still makes sense in. Melee unarmed builds. I've gone toe to toe with a Giant Robo Scorpion with nothing but golden gloves or a rebar sledge and my stubborn snubbing of VATS for fire arms extended so far into my mind that I didn't ever bother Concidering it's potential in unarmed combat?!?!!! Silly old man can still learn new game strategy from TK it would appear!

They had all the assets and story already planned from Van Buren, knew perfectly well of their time restriction and yet managed to release a broken fucking game still, rivaling No Man's Sky, Cyberpunk and Fallout 76 for sheer level of technical disappointment. The DLCs such as Lonesome Roads, Honest Hearts, Dead Money and Gun Runners Arsenal were released as even more half assed and poorly implemented content where they could've just polished, bug fixed and unlocked the stuff they locked by mistake in the first place, like the Super Mutant Ranger or a thousand other examples. Obsidian didn't make the best Fallout game, not even close. Tim Cain and Interplay gave birth to their magnum opus with Fallout 1, New Vegas by comparison is a peasant version of what Van Buren should've been.
