as a foreigner, i am wondering why it is allowed (being a relative to a victim or not) to say such things in court, without getting sentenced in any form for that. Sure i understand how they probably must´ve felt. But that doesn´t give a right to insult someone in that form in a courtroom. I´m pretty sure you wouldve gotten at least some form of sentence from a judge, if that would happen in a court over here. Not because of sympathy with that douchebag, but because that still is also a very bad behaviour.

@@imahappycamper2022 you're right, but how you compose yourself in front of a judge also goes a long way in what kind of leniency you get. A judge has a lot of wiggle room where sentencing is concerned. If I was innocent (even if I wasn't, but definitely if I was), I'd be on my absolute best, most even-headed behavior to show the judge what a reasonable person I am. Not only was he sentenced to the 15 years for assault and intimidating, he also got 37 years for attempting to run over two court clerk officers (the reason he was originally there) AND on top of that, he got sentenced to 50 years in prison for the murder of one of his ex girlfriends, and while he was on trial for that, it was discovered he had killed another one of his exes years prior, and as far as I know, he’s still going to court for that case.

But see life doesn’t always mean life here. That’s exactly the reason you see life plus x number of years. Life sentences in those states generally have eligibility for parole after so many years. To circumvent that the extra years are added. The states that have Life without Parole are the ones that don’t need to add extra years because those life sentences are indeed for life.

I was once involved in a case in a federal courtroom in the big federal building in Los Angeles. Suddenly a handful of federal marshals burst into the room. We are all sitting there quietly, including the judge, wondering what was going on. The marshals stopped in their tracks and looked around and also wondered what was going on - since there was nothing. It turns out the judge had accidentally bumped a secret panic button somewhere in the area where he sat. The judge was a bit embarrassed but did say the marshals got there REALLY fast.

The judges are too lenient on these thugs. If they can't respect the law and civil obedience, even in court, why do we need them in society to ruin other lives? These judges need to send a mesage, and not back off, to protect society.

When it came to the pos pedos and the likes, yes I agree.. but many of the other judges were just power hungry trash that deserve to be homeless, not in a position of power. 90 days in jail for a charge that was dismissed for example, that judge deserves to lose everything!

The criminals and the so called law enforces are both ridiculous, one side abuses the law and the other side takes advantage of it, cant stand either side, that's why I hate going to jury duty and when they ask if you will be 100% truthful, they are not 100% truthful, neither side is, they both manipulate things. There is a reason both sides pick and choose the jury, both sides treat the system like a game.

They don't care about your life they give you time like candy because they're big guys there the big narcissist in the room. I hate it when they get personal because you don't want me to get personal. I'm not allowed to get personal but they can treat me whatever way they want. That's why some defendants have to stand up for themselves because they have morals and respect for themselves. A lot of people don't want to be told what to do by another person. A lot of people will take that to their grave too. People just don't understand that they are not God until it's too late... I'm not a criminal I would never be in the place of any of these people in this video, but you can guarantee that every child in this video is a narcissist and full of themselves. When this world was mad there wasn't no judges. That's just someone's idea. God holds the keys to life not judges... Police Judge's etcetera are people just like others, so let's look at their personal lives.... See if they're doing perfect... Oh that's right we can't only God can. Lol....
