So this little girl was brave enough to come forward and say she was being abused... the law found the woman guilty and continued to let the woman parent the little girl.? The justice system really needs to be revamped... this is sickening

My town’s police department and an entire neighborhood knew an adoptive girl was being held captive and used as a slave and whenever it was reported to the police, they gave her back to the “parents”. She’s now suing the police for not protecting her.

Tiffany Moss was given 5 years probation after this poor little girl reported the abuse to her teacher. Poor little thing didn't have to die, Tiffany was responsible, but so was the authorities who allowed this helpless, frightened child to remain with this murderer. A lot of people have got blood on their hands. This poor child reported her neglect so she could have a better life, instead she ended it. RIP little Angel.

There's no point in the death penalty if the person spends the next decade or longer in prison waiting. It should be done within the year or what's the point.
@sideeyed7682
@sideeyed7682 Жыл бұрын
Not really because those criminals will just be instantly freed from their crimes. Death in itself isn’t really a punishment, it’s usually feared and stigmatized to be bad but in actuality it’s as normal as giving birth or going through puberty. Jim can’t swim had a video years ago on the entire process of death row and the type of psychological damage and stress being locked up for years can do to a human before their day. Its more taxing on the individual than getting an instant execution. The prisoners shown in the video were so jacked in the head, that hearing news of the day of their execution was like being released to society again to them. It’s a reason why a lot of convicted felons would rather die in a shoot out with cops instead of serving time again because they’ll rather end it all instead of spending the rest of their lives in a cell with no freedom.

@@sideeyed7682 We, the people, have to pay in taxes to keep them alive in prison. The people shouldn't be punished for these horrible murderers. Death sentence should be within the year and include some form of torture to make their death as slow as possible.

It means you're stuck in the can no matter what. Even if your sentence is commuted, you don't have a prayer. Some sad bastard somewhere was sentenced to something like 11,000 years in prison. He appealed, and succeeded in having his sentence reduced by 500 years. So, if he was a caveman who was convicted of molesting a sabretooth tiger back in the late Pleistocene he would be getting out about now.
