The Pipeline shown in this video is a custom track for the Wii U and not Switch. Halfpipes simply don't exist in that version of MK8.

ZPL really being praised as one of the best CT-ers for 8, but that DS Bowsers Castle and 3DS Rosalina’s Ice World were literally the original versions with some added textures, especially noticeable with Bowsers Castle

Lakeside Park might just be the best custom retro track in terms of improvement -- it's seriously better than most retros in MK8DX itself!

But there is nothing iconic of OG GCN Rainbow Road in the "Remake". It doesn't even have the dull GCN Layout. The crazy right-left-right-left turns are missing, the serpentines aren't serpentines and the speedbosst going round the pipe doesn't even need to be steared. It has nothing in common with DD Rainbow Road. There was one remake which was scaled to big with 1,5×, but it felt and looked like DD Rainbow Road
