As with all “advances” in science and technology, a major caution is that these must be handled with great care, with very careful and strictly controlled and enforced checks, balances and safeguards, bound by very careful ethical, social and moral principles, a key part of which must be to keep all under 21’s as far away from this technology as possible for their own protection, as a mark of any civilised society and to protect human civilisation, as many of these “advances” are largely anti-human, especially if they are allowed to gain any foothold towards gaining power in any form over human beings, a situation which must not be allowed nor permitted to happen, which if it does, could spell the end of human civilisation
