The Panda Express near me sometimes forgets the sauce with the teriyaki chicken because they cut up unsauced chicken and put the sauce on it (or in a cup) on the line. The honey sesame and bourbon chicken are my favorites. Bourbon chicken is nostalgic to me. It's the one I remember getting free samples of in the mall.

While I agree with the honey sesame chicken being one of my faves my absolute favorite wasn't in the lineup. Not sure if it's a regional thing or what but the honey walnut shrimp is incredible, I get it every time. Oh, also, your pronunciation of Rangoon the first time was right, Ran-goon, yum.

My sisters make egg rolls with thanksgiving leftovers. I used to love the broccoli beef but I had the same problem you did, way too many times. I’d get more broccoli than beef every time. Plus a lot of times the broccoli was undercooked.

This is totally something I'd be up for! Only problem is, we had Panda Express here for only a hot minute about 10 years ago. It's actually a funny story. They built this beautiful custom (as in - only could be Panda Express) building in a really high traffic spot, but the local competition was too good. So the building sat for a few years until a bank bought it. The bank is called Saratoga National Bank, and we're close to the Saratoga race track, so when the bank bought it, they didn't remodel, they just switched the giant panda mural with a horse. It's so out of place. I'll have to grab a picture when I'm out that way! When I tried Panda, I thought it was ok. My clever rapid review was "Mall Chinese with a branding budget." We just have a lot of Chinese places around and it wasn't particularly outstanding.
