I'm looking for someone who was actually in that classroom and took a video of it. The reason the internet has been cleansed of lecture 18 is that in it, no doubt, Gary Gensler is saying things that are 180* off what he is currently saying. His 'enforcement by regulation' stance as chair of the SEC is absolutely appalling. Lecture 18 proves him to be a total liar. THAT is why it is not available. Let's get real.

That's not true. If you don't pay your taxes, the government can liquidate you assets (converting it into dollars) toward your debt. So the government defaults to confiscation of assets in leu of dollars. Bitcoin is property, so it should be accepted as a form of payment. Especially if the government is going to do nothing but convert it to dollars.
