Tilda Swinton is ironing clothes and falling down KZbin rabbit holes. Y'all, Tilda is the most relatable Hollywood star because she is not Hollywood and she just does her damn thang.

I stood behind her at Gatwick airport a couple of days after Bowie died. I met Bowie while working on his exhibition in London and I also met Derick Jarmen back in the early 90's. I really wanted to say hello to her but didn't want to bother her. She was smiling at people staring at her in the shop. She seemed like a beautiful gentle bird. Xxx

I love what she says about Identity ... so true ... plus, she carries such a magnificently simple worldview and such a genuine sense of herself, without the ego mania and narcissism... one of my favourite artist... I wouldn't think of her as a mere "actress" either, she's someone who has chosen to work in the field of cinema and the performing arts.

Being so extraordinary, she is so human, like all of us. When she said that she has to work, but instead she is lost in youtube, I immediately related to her in the full sense.

Lockdown makes one presumptuous. I too worked with Jarman. (And yes, there is a script which 1994 beat us to).I too went to our university. I too know Northumberland (which is how we both know about picnic rugs and buzzards and using 'one' and the subjunctive). This is just to thank you for your utter integrity, flawless articulacy, fearlessness, artistry. And for saving Prospect.

I am a bit confused: she said that "failure is the top (or the best, I am not sure)", but then she said that basically she never failed because all her work became reference work, and they knew it years before...She said that she is watching trash on KZbin but then the so-called trash are documentaries....To the question on what movie made her cry, she mentioned Hitchcock and Totoro? She said she doesn't see herself as an actor, but she earns her money with acting. She said that she doesn't know many actors...I like her, but I am not sure what to think now
