She is the best! The greatest! Who can hold a candle to her poise, and elegance - and she performs in English, Italian, Russian - and God knows what else. I've seen her live in the eighties. She is a force, AND humble. Long live the Queen (of Theatre!)

I could listen to tilda talk all day. She is amazing and passionate about her work and it's quite refreshing to hear an actor express themselves they way she does.

She has so special beauty, i like her very much, she is a very great actor. I like her bec. she is not that accustomed face with a lot of make up and body with silikons, she is so natural and beautiful. She can be nice, she can be scary, she can be funny, she is a perfect actor.

I've just come from a binge of watching interveiws by Jim Jarmuch. One thing you can always find in the comments of every Jim Jarmusch interview is "I could listen to him talk all day." And now I'm seeing the same in Tilda Swinton interviews. It's the mark of somebody who loves what they do, and who would never trade it for anything.

@Phil Weatherley Usually big scarf-wear means covering-up even bigger hickies. (Usually. I'm not sure it is the reason in Eugene's case.)

Phil Weatherley As an American living in Europe I feel there’s some truth to this. As a lover of interviews and intellectual conversations in general, I find that a great interviewer is somewhat of an increasingly rare phenomenon. Mostly because it is a subtle mixture of being involved in the conversation but knowing exactly when to step back. This guy at least leaves her plenty of space to express herself. I think he is just nervous and a bit in awe of her. I’ve witnessed countless terrible interviewers who come from a vast range of backgrounds and countries though, so...
