So blessed to have driven these trucks and many others not mentioned. This generation of driver has no clue and doesn't want to learn. You actually had to drive them. 😮 2 and 3 speed rears, aux transmisions.20 speed spicers, we had fun.

The errors of images vs. dialog are so many in this commentary that it is virtually worthless for any historical comment. There was NEVER any Sterling-While Freightliner, you didn't show ONE 1950's Freightliner (the images were ALL newer than 1959). You did SHOW a 1950;s restored Sterling, but didn't talk about it. ALL the rare trucks are rare because they didn't make more than a few hundred of them to begin with and 70 years later there are few left. The CannonBall GMC NAME came from the Cannonball TV series in 1959 (which IS on KZbin), where this H series CabOverEngine (they are C, O, E;s not coe's) GMC first manufactured in the Fall of 1949, along with the International L series, later R series conventionals. The Mack B-61 is one of the MOST COMMON antique truck around, not at all rare. I didn't take more notes, this presentation is not accurate historical truck information, just a mish-mash of videos taken from someone else, put together by someone who doesn't know much truck history and was like born way after 1950-1960. I remember seeing ALL these trucks and you get an F grade

I have a 1957 REO A-630 with a A series body, bustle back sleeper cab , JT 6 BT Cummins, single axle , in excellent condition, AZ truck . I can’t find another one anywhere. If anyone knows of another one out there I sure would like to know. Thank you for posting this video, great work.
