uparwala bhi hum jaise logo ko isiliye depression dete hai kyonki wo humse kuch itana bada karvana chahta hai jo auro se nahi ho sakta.....soo 1 baat yaad rakho ke yeh deprassion bhi hamesha nahi rahene wala......YEH WAQT BHI GUJAR JAYEGA

aisa mat socho kuch nahi hoga....sab thik ho jayega.....ager wodukh deta hai to usase ladne ki shakti bhi deta hai......usake upar sab chod do .....thik ho jayega....main bhi isi daur se gujar raha hu aur bhagwan par bharosa rakh ke hi beth hu.....aur mujhe pakka viswas hai ki woh mujhe jarur bahar nikalenge is paristhiti se.....aur apako bhi...

He is talking in right way.. last year I was suffering from anxiety (panic attacks) and I have tried all the medicine but no one could help me. I felt like I will die but I have started meditation for 1 hour and started sitting in the sun rays and started singing Hanuman chalisa in a day. I have totally changed my mind . Now I am like normal person. In the KZbin channel there are so many videos of anxiety relief meditation ... It can help you.. Believe me try to change your self in the positive way and know who you are 🙏 don't worry about future and past.. it is not in our hand.. reality is only present time .. I pray people who read this message will live longer ❤️ one life.... ☺️

Thanks Alot For Ur Kind and Powerful Cmt Actually I hv been facing 2years Old Anxiety I know All Thr Solution but I feel like Something Stopping Me To Taking Action(another Anxiety Attack) to overcome this But I started listening Hanuman Chalisa At Night I'm about To Become Fearless and able to Take Action & see The Real Perception behind this Anxiety Attacks..its just Not As worst problem As We Thought in our mind 😇💯🙌

डॉक्टर साहब आपके द्वारा दी गई जानकारी बहुत ही उपयोगी है। मैं पिछले 5 साल से डिप्रेशन व एंग्जायटी से बहुत ज्यादा परेशान था। इतना ज्यादा शायद ही कोई हुआ हो। लेकिन मैंने धैर्य रखते हुए आपके वीडियो देखकर सीबीटी का अभ्यास किया,जिससे अब काफी आराम है व धीरे धीरे डिप्रेशन से बाहर आ रहा हूँ। आपके वीडियो बहुत ही ज्यादा उपयोगी है व डिप्रेशन से बाहर निकलने के लिए एक राम बाण है। लेकिन इन सबके बीच धैर्य रखना सबसे जरूरी है व साथ मे योगासन, डीप ब्रीथिंग भी इसमें बड़ा लाभ देती है। डॉ साहब आप समाज मे एक बड़ा काम कर रहे हो। इसके लिए आपको साधुवाद। बलजीत जांगड़ा, पत्रकार, अमर-उजाला(टोहाना, हरियाणा)

Sir please make a video on OCPD, perfectionism, burnout caused due to it and how to overcome it. Any techniques to manage it or treat it. I would also like to add that you are the only psychiatrist who doesn't always emphasise on forcing medication to every patient and you are very articulate about explaining different conditions related to anxiety, thoughts, and like you mentioned in this video our past learning and illness caused due to it. I really appreciate your videos and your work. I have seen many doctors in the past and they only force me to take medication of all kinds which haven't really helped me, and I have always been confused about this fact that how can a medicine change my thought. You explained it very well in this video, so thanks for that sir.
