anxiety and panic dur karne ka sabse asaan tarika comments and views me chipa hua hai ...jab kisi ko anxiety ,overthinking & panic aata hai to wo banda dar se ghabraane lagta hai aur usko lagta hai ki ye problem uski akele ki hai ...but reality me dekha jaaye to almost majority(bhut jayada sankhaya) me log isse pidit hai ...aap akele is chote se problem se pidit nhi hai ...kai crore log is samasya se pareshaan hai... agar kewal koi ek-do insaan hi is problem me rehte to anxiety se related itne videos nhi banta aur na hi itna views and comment aata logo ka ...aur is field me docotors nhi hote aur is chij ka medicne v nhi milta ...bus aap ye socho ki ye smasaya aam hai ...aur adhikatar log is chote se samasya se pidit hai agar ye problem itna hi bada hota to log aise hi mar jaate...isse agar logo ki jaan jaane lagi to duniya me 85%-90% log aise hi mar jaayenge ...kya itna asaan hai ki itna saare log aise hi mar jaaye nhi haina to phir darna q ...jab sab isse pidit hai to darne ka kya hai isme ... be cool guys and enjoy your life with your friends and family gf and bf...aur waise v itna achhe achhe doctors hai hamari help karne ke liye aur jab doctor sahab hi bolte hai ki anxiety bus ek man ka wahem hai ek illusion hai jabki wo is field me maahiraat haasil kiye huye hai tb to dar pura khatm ho jata hai ..jaisa mera dar anxiety pura khatm ho gya usi tarah aaplogo ka b khatm ho jaayega bus sahi najariya aur practical thinking ko adopt krlo jaise maine adopt kiya ...I wish u a healthy life to all of you...😊😊😊❤

@@RamanSingh-xq5fk Bhai bolne se nhi hoga... action lena padega...uske liye daily ek achha habbits banana padega ..maine to ek goal set kiya tha ..roj subah uthana chaalu kiya aur v saare activities krne laga...aur jo kaam mai nhi kr pata hu use krna aur uske baare me padhna start kiya ..mehnat laga but thik ho gya..avi mai ek dum normal hu..

मुझे भी ऐसे काल्पनिक विचार करने की आदत हो गयी थी ! मगर बहूत सोच समझकर इन दिमागी ख्यालोको भगाने के लिये... जैसे ही विचार आते तो मैं खुद को कोसना चालू करता हूॅं की, चल शेख चिल्ली ...निकल यहॉंसे ! और मैं सक्सेस हो गया! यह मेरी अपनी खूद की आयडिया है और अच्छा काम करती है!!

सर मैं दौड़ रहा था पैर में जैसे खुदा ना तो पैर पर ज्यादा पर लोड पड़ गया जिसके कारण मुझे बहुत दर्द हो रहा है और मैंने एक्सरे भी कराया पर एक सिरे में कुछ नहीं है कोई कोई बोल रहा है कि तुम्हें तुम्हें सब का बीमारी मैंने दवाई भी बहुत खाया

I recommend to each & everyone and have personally experienced & cured from this 7 days therapy of surah 'Al-rahman'. I used to face multiple health issues like stress, anxiety, fear,negative thinking,insomnia & indigestion . But this therapy has today made me a new person all together, full of hope, enthusiasm, zest , positive thinking & to a top of it a better understanding human . HOW TO LISTEN: Close your eyes and imagine yourself in presence of GOD and listen surah "Al-rahman" in the voice of qari abdul basit with great concentration & focus . When the recitation ends , open eyes , take half a glass of water. Again close your eyes and say NAME OF GOD with great love thrice in your heart & drink water in 3 sips. Take water this way every time after listening to the recitation. ~KALIM

Me 3 yrs se Anxiety ki medicine le raha hun but mere ko bahut chakkar aate hai and but jab bhi me todi der standing position me rahta hun ya walk karta hun to lagta hai gir jaunga mere legs kapne lagte hai yesa feel hota hai. Pl suggest me what to do ??🙏🙏

I haven't driving licence and overthinking about police check up.... should I go or not?or its just our imagination...it's our imagination I will drive without licence but..... reality happened nd I cought.😅the imagination was right worry about real problem should not deny and it's important for us...don't assume it as overthinking...just think and take the right path...don't think it's an illusion.
