The window at 4:45 was in the OG MW2 people would hear you coming up the stairs and sit in the window to get you from behind.

I might be wrong and it may not be new, but I remember people sitting in that indoor window on sub base to shoot anyone running up the stairs. Jumping up to it is obviously new.

Yeah you could jump to it in the past, was great to dodge claymore + scavenger combo in ffa at the time but for sure has become easier to do with how much reach both vertically and horizontally

I really like the idea of putting 3 maps together for one video. I think its an improvement on the maps exposed series. I also like the idea of focusing on the important spots, but I also don't want that to go too far to the point where there's only a couple spots on each. Obviously it depends on the maps. Me personally i would like to see the important or interesting spots, and how they can be used. I like when you talk about how you can get a view on the B flag or a bomb site, etc. And it would be nice to see that too. Like having the 2nd account laying on the point & you kill them from the spot, just to really visualize it. I think the series has a lot of potential & I know you've been trying to figure out exactly how to make it work over the years. I think this is a step in the right direction by having multiple maps.

You missed a jump on scrapyard. There is a mantle if you jump from mid plane to split from white truck side - I use it all the time in SD for retakes on B, rotating out of A. Bit of a pain to make sometimes, but it is incredibly consistent. As a side note for the MK players, a lot of these jumps and routes can be substantially faster for you if you set a dedicated mantle key. Doing this skips over any contextual inputs looking to use jump (letting you begin them earlier in some cases) and just goes straight into a mantle from sprint with no delay, preserving a ton of your speed. Using this, you can zoom up the box stack on skidrow - especially when using the climbing boots. Another advantage of doing this is that the game will sometimes figure out a jump for you if there is a mantle prompt nearby - I no longer need to jump for some other spots since the game figures out where the mantle is and does the jump for you; I just walk or sprint up and the game figures it out.

the window in sub base was absolutely in the original mw2, everyone use to sit on top of it & watch players coming up the stairs while also having claymores at the top but inside in case u left window for a few to dodge nades or lure players that knew you were at the window up to the door to die by the claymores. it was a famous camping spot.

Deff a lot of new ones! The only ones i really knew were one or two on sub base and about half the ones on scrap (i had NO idea about those windows tho lmao) Stuff like this is why im actually starting to use covert sneakers less unless im planning on getting real up close with people. If im running lmgs or longer range ars i like the mantling boots to get into a power position faster (or even pull some vertical flanks if i know someone is about to challenge me around a corner) or the stalker boots if I have something like a marksman I can build for strafing I still think they could use some buffs, but if im not running up on someone I dont get much use from covert so i like to change it up

To counter that first spot on Rust. You actually CAN make that jump. You need high mobility and to be Tac Sprinting and hit it just right. I fail it often but I've made it a handful of times.

There is one thing I don't like about mantling in this game and that is the inconsistency of mantling. There are spots that you only one handed mantle and there are others that force you to two hand mantle even if you are well above belly height when you touch the ledge in air. Rooftop ledges in Favela for example. Also some ledges don't even let you mantle. You just fall down even if you see over the ledge. I hate that. If the devs want some ledges to be inaccessible, just make an animation grabbing the ledge and your hands slipping from the ledge.

Would prefer sticking to the less picky format, who knows when the jump, spot or LOS comes in handy. Maybe go for longer videos and add the "lesser" spots at the end or create individual videos then a highlights one after you've done 2 or 3 in depth videos?

I love using them, but now that everyone has cottoned on to them, i think commando boots may be the worst thing ever introduced into cod. Go play FFA and there are little audio cues to rely on anymore thanks to them. You get some gunfire and some sliding if you’re lucky. Most of the time you just get shot from behind/side and instadie having never heard anyone. So i hope (knowing theres no way they’ll remove them because devs suck) they aren’t in Gulf War amd they revert to dead silence as a perk/field upgrade you have to activate with a cool down.
