I have had two male tuxedo cats and they really are affectionate, especially so with a female ownery. They are extremely loyal, don’t like to sit or be held too much (squirmy), kind of like to do their own thing and just be free and give you cuddles when they feel like it. They are very playful and curious and brave. They have more of a dog-like personality and super friendly. They are good with dogs and kids. They are social and get the zoomies a lot.

I have had my kitten for 2 years now, and she does love to play games! Lucky has taught me she knows how to play tag, hide and seek, fetch, and catching balled up pieces of paper. She even likes to play fight, scratching up the backs of my hands in the process. I never knew how alone I truly was until I received this tiny tuxedo cat in a shoe box! She warmed up to my (at the time) 7 year old son rather quickly. And yeah, I always find her fur all over my apartment, but I never have to groom Lucky.

I have noticed over the years that the color of a cat does reflect its personality. Tabbies of the spekly brown and black mingle coloration are fantastic leapers. Gray cats seem to be very regal. Oranges are often goofy. That's all I can recall at the moment.

My parents had a cute tuxedo cat that came from an abusive background before they adopted him from a stray. He lost all of his teeth. He did got along with our first cat. Even my parents got a black Labrador retriever from a friend of mine. He started to attack the dog after they met. My parents had him for 13 years. He came around our home during the summer of 1993. I used to play with him before my parents got the dog. He was a funny kitty cat. With my sister in April 1994 that she gotten 2 Manx kittens from a pet store. One was a grey tabby and the other one was a tuxedo one. They were siblings and both boys. We named the grey tabby Pepper and for the tuxedo one was Taboo. Pepper had health problems at such a young age. He had to be put down by the vet. My sister cried because she had a special bond with the kitten. She went to another pet store that was next door towards the vet. She gotten a cute red tabby kitten. He was so tiny fur ball. He was a little bit smaller than Taboo was a little bit bigger kitten. Those 2 grew up next to each other from kittens towards adulthood. The red tabby kitten was named Salem. We named the kitten after a character from Archie’s comic books that had a orange cat. My sister had Taboo till 1999 when he had health problem for almost having him 5 years. She gave me Salem as a pet before moving towards Orlando Florida. I had Salem for 7 years. He was a sweet cat.

Mine was a feral, who i adopted one bad below feezing temp winter night, enclosed my back porch for him that night w a heating pad fuzzy warm bed.
