As far as 3:40 When dealing with unique items. Is it best to sell those using the auction listing? Also,do you tend to have a spending limit for unusual items since you may not be able to find past results on them to know whether or not they will be a good buy?
@cayleyelaine3 жыл бұрын
I would say $5 or less is what I stick to. I do try and look up similar sold results to get a general idea of how much the item might sell for. I rarely use auctions anymore because I don't like tracking when they end but they can be a great way to sell items like that. I prefer to just price high BIN and accept offers.

Tip # 16: I actually like having to touch the item MULTIPLE times. It helps me find flaws. I have found flaws that I missed like 5 times. My worst nightmare is selling something with a flaw that I missed. I don’t like sending flawed items - it seriously makes me feel like crap. So, it’s part of my business strategy to touch each item MULTIPLE times lol. Tip #19. GOLD!!! YES!!! USE CASH BACK CREDIT CARDS! And for people who have shopping addictions it’s a terrible idea lol (I know from experience). I was distracted with the previous tips (3 kids problems) so I’ll have to go back & rewatch.

Not sure how to tell if the stitching is quality. I can't usually do comps or research in the stores, signal usually isn't good enough, just buffers the whole time. I'll take all the tips you can provide. Thanks again for the great video. Maybe do a thrift with me where you actually show example of the tips. Hope that makes sense. Have a great day! Oh I don't have sourcing tips since I'm still figuring things out.

@@cayleyelaine Awesome! Can't wait! I love thrift with me videos. The bigger the hauls the better, well for me. I k how some people don't like huge haul videos. I love them. The what sold videos are great too. I probably should watch more of those. Is there anyone you would suggest watching for what sold videos? You know you are one of the view channels I actually leave comments for, not sure why, just comfortable with you I guess. Bye, see you in the next video!🙂🙏✌

Training your eye to spot things really does help. I can’t do this with brands except for the Santana knit from St John, but it’s easy to spot fabrics/knits like linen, nylon or performance fabric from outdoor brands, or cashmere. You had some great tips!
