It’s no secret that Goku isn’t the most heroic of protagonists. Sure, he’s saved the world multiple times and he’ll always step in when someone is doing something bad, but his main goal is getting stronger and having fun fighting powerful opponents. He wants a challenge and that often tends to get in the way of actually protecting people from time to time. In other words, Goku takes things a bit too far, be it because his love of fighting has gotten in the way of his moral compass or because he’s not the sharpest tool in the shed.
Regardless of the reason, Goku has gone a bit too far all throughout Dragon Ball from the Frieza Saga to the Peaceful World Saga and everything in between. Some examples of Goku going to far in battle include when he went Super Saiyan for the first time and way back when he annihilated the Red Ribbon Army. As for when Goku has just taken things too far in general, there are a ton of examples, including when he promised the Old Kai he could kiss Bulma, when he used instant transmission to teleport Cell to King Kai’s planet, blowing it up, and when he punched Monaka to test his strength. Suffice to say, Goku has taken things too far a lot throughout the franchise, which is why we decided to list off the wildest examples! Actually, the Tournament of Power was not Goku's fault. Not only did Zeno propose the tournament (though he later forgot about it) but he was planning on erasing a few of the Universes before Goku reminded him of the Tournament, which actually gave those universes a chance at survival.

To be fair, the Freeza idea worked out extremely well for a few reasons: 1. During the tournament of power, Freeza aided the Z-fighters on several occasions. He helped Master Roshi. He saved Goku by giving him some of his energy. He also teamed up with Gohan. He also was integral in the fight against Jiran. Freeza was extremely helpful in the T.o.P. and was a great addition to the team, evil past aside. 2. You can see him beginning a redemption arc similar to Vegeta's and Piccolo's. Yes, right now he still hates Goku and the Saiyans, but he still aided them despite that. That's very similar to Vegeta begrudgingly helping the earthlings and Goku on Namek because of a common enemy. It's also very similar to Piccolo teaming up with Goku after years of being enemies to combat Raditz. I'm not saying Freeza definitely will continue down that arc or that the timeframe would be similar, but you can definitely see it happening. 3. Even after he's resurrected as a reward for helping win the T.o.P., you can see he's changed somewhat. He goes to earth to collect that Dragonballs. But, instead of wanting to kill everyone and get immortality like the old Freeza, he just wants to wish for a few more inches to be added to his height and isn't interested in killing anyone. So, all told, it looks like the decision to bring Freeza back will work out for everyone as it now stands.

Regarding the tournament of power. It was clearly explained that all of those universes were gonna be "erased" no matter what. Goku didn't do a bad, but everyone still acted like he did. Thanks to Goku, the universes were given a chance to avoid erasure by proving their strength. Goku is not the reason the universes were erased, Goku was the reason the universes had a chance to NOT be erased. Although this seems to have been forgotten when Zeno states that he expected the final outcome.

Going to train uub was for his family (in my headcannon). Seeing that his son gohan didn't have the love for fighting that he does and knowing that after he's gone his children will absolutely have to take up the mantle of earths protectors, he saw uub as the opportunity to give gohan the life he always wanted, not having to be concerned with the fate of earth constantly and having to give up his dreams as a scholar and family man to train and fight constantly. Goku had never been around much and his leaving makes very little difference in his children's lives, I'm sure even chi-chi is happy with this outcome too as she no longer has to constantly worry whether her babies are in mortal danger or not.

I think the Cell Senzu bean could be interpreted differently!!!! If Gohan faces cell that was worn out then It would’ve resulted in cell getting desperate a lot easier and much much faster!! And with Gohan not in SSJ2 it could’ve caused a big problem in the need to finish him completely off!!!!! It makes very little sense since goku black existed before he fought zamasu. Infact the only reason he went to fight zamasu was because goku black's energy was similar to zamasu's. Which creates a paradox since every timeline goku fought zamasu was because of goku black but goku black only exists because goku fought zamasu

Zamasu had had it with mortals, it's Gokus fault, this is because Zamasu coudn't control himself and it's Gokus fault? It's always Gokus fault, right? of course Zamasu has no brain to think for himself so and let's put the blame on Goku because Zamasu has no free will. Zamasu can think for himself but still decidet to destroy the future (killing everyone, this has consequences, if he can't see that than he needs to be eliminated, Berus did it, because Zamasu was a danger to all of them) why would it be all Gokus fault when Zamasu had had it with mortals and will some one go so far by killing everyone because "he had had it with mortals"? so now it's Gokus fault? Of course not. Goku at least can control himself not to go stupid and he has better decisions) in anycase saying this that it was all gokus fault is like CBR being on a criminals side. Like we have someone who can became a criminal and let's say someone tells to the criminal "hey, how's going?" and the criminal starts killing everyone, why? because the other asked "hey, how's going"? that's right, that's what Goku did, just wanted to know how strong he is = to know him. And CBR being on the criminals side because "it's Gokus fault" and ignoring the criminal.

Actually is it a bad thing that the Z Sword broke anyways. The Elder Kai was stuck in it for Millenia and it wasn't till Goku decided to test it's limits and got The Supreme Kai to Break it that he was freed. So in a way they both did a good thing.
