How about the Penguin? He's pretty much got a vintage style anyway (especially the 'Batman Returns' version), and I've always thought a feminine version of the character would be interesting. Thoughts in order: I love this whole freakin geeky list, it makes my heart sing. I am so happy you did Azeraphel, and I love his hat. Milo's outfit looks super comfy.
