As several others have mentioned, US rulers were conspicuously absent. So if you do make a video about them, I've compiled some ideas below. These were more than one-off assassinations of unfriendly foreigners. Each of these resulted in mass casualties: - American Civil War - Genocide of indigenous Americans - Unnecessarily atom-bombed Japan, simply to showoff one's nuclear superiority - Devastated Vietnam - Attacked Iraq using false pretenses - Ate hamburgers and fried chicken while half a million Americans died in a pandemic.

Dracula was national hero. He doesn't deserve to be on this list. I am not Romanian but a Serb. He fought cruelly against the merciless occupier, the Ottoman Empire. He protected his people and died for them. They killed him sneakily. They ambushed him. That tells you how much the Ottoman Empire lacked dignity and honor. Lest there be any misunderstanding... Today's Turks have nothing to do with them. They are extremely friendly and hospitable towards all tourists, but the Balkans see us as their relatives. War brings someone closer and separates someone forever.

He was the illegitimate child of Mircea, and, therefore, would not have had the right to the family name and would not be the rightful heir to the throne. The rightful heir was the only legitimate child of Mircea, Mihail. All of that, of course, is irrelevant because that was his father, not Vlad the Impaler himself, whose real name was Vlad Țepeș. BTW, "dragon" would have likely been interchangeable with "serpent". After all, a dragon looks like a big snake with legs. Dracula was a hero, if it wasn't for him the Ottomans would have slayed all Europe, only those who don't know history can say that he was horrible person. He used the same methods with the Ottomans, yet no one states about the atrocities of the Ottomans.

The stuff about Nero and Rome burning is actually untrue. Through he did use christians as a scapegoat, he was proactive in trying to evacuate the city, even turning his own palace into a shelter. And, he really did plan to rebuild Rome back to its former glory. That’s probably the end of Nero’s good years, after that he divulges into the madman we know and love

This list felt short. What about Fidel Castro, Pablo Escobar, Nicolae Ceaușescu, Vladimir Putin, Pizarro & Cortez (both destroyed civilisations in Peru & Mexico), Benito Mussolini, Pinochet, the Argentina Military Junta, Jean Bedel Bokassa, Gadaffi, Papa Doc & his son Baby Doc from Haiti, the Somoza Family.....and many more from now and from the past.

@@darky1595 you must be kidding. He killed millions in his home country with public executions on stadiums. He even had this crazy fanatic girl who puled the legs of people who were hanged. Also he blew up some pan am flights on the UK. I think this guy was evil. Mojo fails including a crazy lady who killed babies vs crazy dictators as Hitler, Stalin and Idi Amin

Very much so. Including people thrown in with others (like the Serbian and Bosnian Serbian leaders from the 90's) Some others have been mentioned by other commenters already so i won't repeat them, but some I am missing are Baghdadi (former leader of IS) and Commodus.

Vlad Tsepes (pro. Seeps) was a Wallachian nobleman and hero. He very successfully routed the Turks from his section of Romania by impaling 10,000 of them on stakes around his castle. This terrified the advancing Turkish Army to the point where they immediately retreated. Vlad and his younger brother were ransomed to the Turkish emir as children, where they were sexually abused by the emir and his court, and when the time came for them to be released, his brother didn't want to go home. Vlad hated him for that. His father belonged to the Order of the Dragon, or Dracul, so Vlad was son of the dragon, or Dracula. He was tough, but he was fair and the punishments fit the crimes in the country he loved. He had a solid gold chalice placed on the village well, and the chalice was never stolen. Some emissaries from the Turkish government sat at his dinner table, and he asked them to remove their turbans. They said that it was THEIR custom to keep them on. Fine, says he and had his servants nail the turbans to their heads. He was a fierce, but fair, leader. Wallachia was grateful for him.

During Italy's colonial expansion in the 1930s, Mussolini, the Italian fascist leader, unleashed unspeakable horrors in Ethiopia. His forces employed chemical weapons, ruthlessly executed civilians, and perpetrated brutal suppression, marking a dark chapter of war crimes and atrocities.

Prayers to the combined millions who either died horribly or suffered against their will from these monsters. Honestly, we shouldn’t looking up to these people knowing how terribly they lived, and lesser monsters and criminals like Alex Murdaugh and Chris Watts shouldn’t be revered either. We need people like MLK Jr., Gandhi, Mandela, and Malala as guiding lights to ensure that every human being has the right to live and enjoy a good life.
