She definitely looked suspicious, however, she had not committed a crime yet--therefore, the officers only had the right to have her leave the store, which was private property. She was not required by law to give her name or answer ANY questions, minus a crime. Now they are threatening to put her finger on some fingerprint scanner. "If you don't give us the your right name, you're leaving in handcuffs" TOTAL violation of her 4th Amendment rights. Officer put hands on her with no crime having been committed---that is BATTERY. She asked what am I being arrested for--they said it was so they could identify her----that is ILLEGAL--then they threatened her for 'resisting'. Standing on one's rights cannot be construed as 'resisting'. They have not identified any crime she'd committed. They make her drop her phone, violating her 1st Amendment right to record if she wanted to. They threatened her with violence. "DO not start, you are going to go straight to the ground in a minute.." the officer cuts her purse straps off destroying her property. They violently have her pushed up against the car, and are twisting her arms and hands. She has had all her rights violated it is no wonder why she is yelling and cussing. Look how they are treating her. She has a right to verbally complain--it is her 1st Amendment right to speech. She is being arrested and put in a cop car against her wishes and in violation of her rights. Was it wise to fight them and spit on them? IS it wise to ever fight with someone kidnapping you? You answer that question. This woman has a HUGHE Lawsuit she can file.....

She was not required by law to give her name or answer ANY questions, minus a crime. Now they are threatening to put her finger on some fingerprint scanner. Standing on one's rights cannot be construed as 'resisting'. They have not identified any crime she'd committed. They violently have her pushed up against the car, and are twisting her arms and hands. She has had all her rights violated it is no wonder why she is yelling and cussing.
