She was not required by law to give her name or answer ANY questions, minus a crime. Now they are threatening to put her finger on some fingerprint scanner. "If you don't give us the your right name, you're leaving in handcuffs" TOTAL violation of her 4th Amendment rights. Officer put hands on her with no crime having been committed---that is BATTERY. She asked what am I being arrested for--they said it was so they could identify her----that is ILLEGAL--then they threatened her for 'resisting'. Standing on one's rights cannot be construed as 'resisting'. They have not identified any crime she'd committed. They make her drop her phone, violating her 1st Amendment right to record if she wanted to. They threatened her with violence. "DO not start, you are going to go straight to the ground in a minute.." the officer cuts her purse straps off destroying her property. They violently have her pushed up against the car, and are twisting her arms and hands. She has had all her rights violated it is no wonder why she is yelling and cussing. Look how they are treating her. She has a right to verbally complain--it is her 1st Amendment right to speech. She is being arrested and put in a cop car against her wishes and in violation of her rights. Was it wise to fight them and spit on them? IS it wise to ever fight with someone kidnapping you? My father once told me that when he was a teen in 1938, a cop noticed he was alone in a park and began questioning why he wasn't in school one early afternoon. He was being uncooperative and behaving surly with the officer. After the cop apprehended him by squeezing his neck, he called him "a fat flatfoot," and from out of nowhere, he whacked his nightstick on his knee, resulting in a badly bruised kneecap. He learned his lesson not to act unkindly with the fuzz, as he told me. I'm not advocating physical measures to control inciters who break laws. But you have to wonder if they are efficient in minimizing crimes like the days of old when law enforcement was respected in the highest regard.

A stair truck met us just off the runway where an FAA official and the police removed him. He was charged, prosecuted, and blacklisted from ALL U.S. carriers. This happened in the mid 90's during the height of the AIDS epidemic. I was pulled off the flight and taken to the hospital and had to get tested for everything transferable by body fluids for a long time afterward. I'm retired now, but there's no way I'd be a flight attendant now. I really don't know how police deal with it, especially with so many D/ As and judges that are soft on these types of assaults.

She was not required by law to give her name or answer ANY questions, minus a crime. Now they are threatening to put her finger on some fingerprint scanner. "If you don't give us the your right name, you're leaving in handcuffs" TOTAL violation of her 4th Amendment rights. Officer put hands on her with no crime having been committed---that is BATTERY. Standing on one's rights cannot be construed as 'resisting'. They have not identified any crime she'd committed. They make her drop her phone, violating her 1st Amendment right to record if she wanted to. They threatened her with violence. They violently have her pushed up against the car, and are twisting her arms and hands. She has had all her rights violated it is no wonder why she is yelling and cussing. I notice that in all these arrests when the cop asks for their name it’s one of two things “I ain’t got an I.D.” (They most likely do) or they give the cop a fake or made up name (who names their kid sax) There was this one video where this older lady was shopping (with her sister) and she had urinated on the store floor (claiming she couldn’t find the restroom however the restroom was right around the corner) and the cops asked her what her name was (she gave a fake name and used the “I don’t have an I.D.” thing) they wrote her and found her sister who then came clean with her sister’s name (the cops asked her if she knew that lady by that name and she was like that’s not her name) Long story short they ran her name into the computer and it came back that she had a warrant out for her arrest along with other multiple warrants
