I don't usually comment on videos but I'm seeing a lot of "where's Emily" comments. I think it usually goes without saying that his private life doesn't need to be brought up. With the facts we have presented he now has Freya and they seem to mix way better. They obviously went seperate ways (Emily and Elliot) and I respect him for not plastering that all over the internet, that's proper maturity. I wish you and Freya all the best for the future champ!

I wondered about it, because I don't think it was obvious and didn't want to make an assumption. People can have friends of the opposite gender, and it may have hurt someones feelings if assumptions were made. But its clear now. I have an NOS Nintendo Virtual Boy, in the original box. I bought it off a clearance rack at Walmart (Wally World) in 1996. The box is rough... really bad shelf wear. The contents are all brand new/mint. If I recall correctly, it came with a Golf game cartridge. I bought a bunch of game cartridges for it off the same clearance rack, most are factory sealed. I bought it as a graduation gift for a high school graduate & he surprisingly declined the gift... So I tossed it on a shelf in my closet. I powered it up once in about 2010 to see if it was still operable. Which means that I had to put a game cartridge in it, so that cartridge will have scratches on the pins & the cartridge slot will also... Except for the condition of the box, it is pristine. All the cardboard packing stuff, the plastic bags, the wire ties, the manual, the quick start guide, the junk advertisements, etc are all present. What would be the value of it?

As an 80s kid and 90s teen, Stussy in Canada was what got me to draw those 'Cool S' doodles in every single notebook at school. Apparently that logo has nothing to do with Stussy though despite everyone thinking that at the time, it's a sort of Mandella Effect as it predated the company by decades.

Something interesting about the link cable port on the Virtual Boy is Nintendo planned the release a link cable but the system wasn't on the market long enough, so they never ended up releasing it officially, great vid by the way.

Look forward to seeing the Virtual Boy Video. I was visiting family in the USA in summer 1996. Bought one with a few games for about £50. I could only play it for about 5 minutes at a time because of nausea, motion sickness and headaches. Eventually sold it second hand for about £150 to get a Sega Saturn. One the one hand I really regret this decision on the other I got something that I could play without feeling violently sick. But it looks amazing.

Great video, VirtualBoy is so mythical item for me. Never have seen it in real life nor did any of my friends had it back in the day. Or anybody I knew of. Wasn't really advertised too much in magazines/TV in here as far as I remember. The Virtual Boy was slated to get a link cable similar to the Game Boy, but due to poor reception and sales the concept was axed and the item never saw production. I did hear news a few years back that someone was trying create their own, but I never heard what became of it.

Well, the Virtual Boy and Game&Watch were a true steal! I remember when I was a kid and show the VB in magazines for the first time and my mind was blown away! Even when it turned out to be a massive flop, every time one was mentioned I was thinking how ahead of their time Nintendo was. I hope one day to be able to play with one as well ;)

The condition of the Virtual Boy is genuinely inane, looks like it was just bought at Toys R Us in 1995 and opened for the first time. Honestly an insane deal for 250 USD, considering how in the states you have even like the worse condition Virtual Boys going for at least 200. The absolute care some of the stuff is handled with that I've seen some people get from yahoo auctions is insane, it's just crazy to see the standards for something sold as a "junk" item are higher than what would be considered mint in the west.
