It is so satisfying to make ramen because it is a labor of love. Though time consuming, making a large batch of great ramen (taré, aroma oil, noodles, double stock and toppings/ajitama) is certainly worth it when you, family and friends finally get to enjoy a nice' satisfying bowl. The asthetics, the blend of soft instrumental music and ASMR, camera work, editing and cooking technique make this channel stand out.
