Stay with the 107 I got my daughter the Tao Tao Jeep and it moves pretty good just change the oil in it do the exhaust and intake and maybe a sprocket change and you’ll be happy I got between 30 and 35 out of my daughters stock and I’m 240 lbs . I have a short video of me driving it and it ain’t to bad for what it is and it’s still stock . Walp looks like I need to do a video with a speed test on a gps with it . Big bore it but when you order the kit Also order a 4 speed transmission for it. Since you'll be opening the cases already, the transmission just drops in the place of old one. Unless you have the three speed with reverse those transmissions are harder to find. But big bore and another gear you'd be flying down the road. Great vid keep em coming, never stop the fun

I have one of them. Mine came with a 110 cc. 5 speed automatic with reverse. Motor was trash when I got it. I extended the frame 10 in. Extended the steering column 7 in. I'm putting a Kawasaki 440cc two cylinder off a 84 LTD on it. I had to extend the swing arm to hold it. Still working on it, but getting close. Can't wait. Will let you know how it runs when I get that far... Love this channel. Very inspirit!!!

😱That looks to be a lot of fun..🏎💨 Hey guys,.. 🤯Put the 200cc 5speed on it🤷‍♂️.On future builds maybe add: Bigger shocks, long travel suspension, widen frame 6inches,stretch length of frame, build low profile type rollbars(similar to Ariel Nomad) longer rear axle(heavier duty), bigger carb32-34mm, bigger tires, better brakes, light bars, maybe Bluetooth &speaker combo? Well those are a few ideas off top of my head. Hopefully they're useful to ya. That's what I'd do. I wanna build myself a 2seater buggy with a cbr600-1000cc or gsxr750-1000cc. Unfortunately A few years ago my garage was broken into and most of my tools were stolen. So I've been trying to get myself built back up. I have to get a welder, pipe gender, powder coating setup AGAIN,.. Dam 💩rogues.. So when i get necessities I plan on doin a build. Watching your vids; You guys really inspired me,.. many THX!!! I love your videos so much! I was first introduced by the amphibious go kart and have been subbed since. I decided to buy a Yerf Dog 3203 (just like yours) and put a 212 on it and now that its at stage 3 I hit 46 mph all thanks to all of your tips, tricks, and entertainment. Now I am making a Volkswagen Beach Buggy and took 9th in state in welding after watching your content. Keep up the good work and lets get that 670cc to 70 mph! Plus, I would love to see a big bore on the Pugly it would be great, maybe bigger tires if you want.

Something to keep in mind when you sit back on it its gonna loosen then chain. From dirt bikes to a solid frame go kart always always have someone sitting on it when you tighten up a chain helps with wear also.

Might as well go all out and use the 200cc 5speed; with big bore kit 250cc or really stroke it out to a 307 with 4mm. or 10mm stroker crank. Maybe I'm thinking of a Banshee build(2stroke).. Also could port & polish head.. Either way I'm sure it'll be fine🤭.. Looking forward to seeing it.🤪👍..

If you end up changeing that throttle cable. Be sure to put a good amount of waterproof grease on the actual cable. Before installing cable in to housing makes it smooth as butter forever

Keep the 110cc! There's loads of mods can be done to them to make more power, cam, ports, big bore, valves, carb, CDI... smog pump charger! They're the same engines as on the Honda CT110 postie bikes used here in New Zealand and Auzzy, they have a bit of a cult following so there's quite a few aftermarket bits available. Plus they're an over head cam rather than a push rod and probably half the weight of a 212cc... plus 3 speed!

I own pugly brother. Mine is colored blue. I toke the 110cc three speed motor out. Put on a 212cc predator. Added a Bluetooth radio. Tool box. And build a little trailer for it too.

I did some horse trading for the youth model of that kart last Christmas and it had been sitting outside for a year or two and didn't even bother with the factory engine. Cut it all off the lower frame of the swing arm and welded in an engine mount on the swing arm for a 212 predator. Slapped a torque converter and some paint and my 8 year old hasn't been off it since. Cool part was I got him to help me work on it under the aucpicous that we were working on it for a friend's son for his Christmas present. The entire time he was begging me to let him "test ride" it. It worked out so that he couldn't test ride it before Christmas day since we finished working on it the afternoon of Christmas Eve. We loaded it up in the truck and I set it out behind the barn and stayed away for a couple of hours. The next morning he had this huge box under the tree with a bunch of bricks and news paper in it and a treasure map in the bottom. He was so disappointed with it till he found the map, it took him less than a minute to follow the clues and came running back inside screaming about how awesome it was, one of our better Christmas mornings.

I would go with a 110cc atv e ngine, three speed with revers. The reason I say that is you keep the electric start and you can lightly mod it cheap and still keep good powet, thats where the 212 would let you down.
