This looks about as fun and safe as my yard kart with my modified 656 vtwin on it 😂 it's so fast that it's almost not fun to ride on anymore 😂😂😂 I cut out the bench seat and put a single seat on it , relocated the column from the side to the middle and went with the old school 14T centrifugal clutch to a 60t rear gear instead of the cvt system so I could keep as much of my top speed as possible and i really don't know how fast it'll actually go but I've had it to 75 and it was still accelerating pretty hard 😂

Got get some coolant on those mill tools. Even if it's just in a spray bottle. Tools get expensive real fast compared to coolant

I was given a go kart that ran one of those engines and it did the same thing, snapped the mounts, i tried holding it by just the gearbox but it just flexed too much, changed to the motorbike shape chinese engine that ran the same gear box and it doesn't rev all the way, just sits at half revs, probably carbi tuning

This is exactly why i dont buy motorized things from china. Its either garbage, broken on arrival, designed to fit a 4 yr old, OR almost as expensive as the quality version. You guys saved this thing from the scrap pile, fortunately youve got the parts to fix just about anything.
