Bulls&_> t... let whomever into your house or yard. Want a lake to let the public use? Go buy one yourself and do it. The losers trespassing are 100% leaving behind garbage and destroying the wilderness and eco system. And when one has an accident on their ATV or PWC they are going to sue the land owner and their insurance company. Yeah, let me have access to your property to do whatever without permission I'm sure you're cool with that.

Actually, it’s a great idea to allow people to privately own lakes, rivers, streams if they can afford them. I’m pretty sure the wild life there would be happier being disturbed less, unlike public places that end up littered and polluted

Why? It's private property, it's also an incredibly dangerous place to swim. There ia a reason ehy it's private and not open to the public. People don't just get to break the law bc they don't like that particular law. Every single summer people who have no right to be back there end up drowning, EVERY SUMMER! I'm sure people know to enter at their own risk. You got a lake and all that land for recreational use , and yes I get the fact that its private property, but guess what, I also in my younger days would go to our local "blue hole". Ticket people for littering ,yes. So sad that having a good time has a price. Perhaps contacting the owners and proposition them with a recreational park concept and that they could make money.....hmmm that's a thought.

You can’t tell people what to do with their own property. It’s like strangers coming in to your back yard and swimming in your pool because it’s the only one around. Would you be okay with that? Having a good time has consequences when you aren’t doing it legally. 🤷🏻‍♀️

@@henryhorner3182 There wasn’t any complaint from the property owner. What was wrong with simply telling people to leave? Citations weren’t necessary. There’s a private waterfront near my home that people gather at daily to sit, relax, listen to music, and fish. Most people don’t even know that it’s private property. The police drive through as they do any other neighborhood and go on about their business without bothering anyone.

@@djnaztn8 They obviously gotta know that people roll in there nonstop all the time.... The police raids probably follow when somebody really fvcks up bad (drowning or getting killed on a ATV) when the pressure is really on them to take action because otherwise people go there all the time and the multiple entrances are wide open and unblocked and I've personally rolled out of there with a trailer full of ATVs with the police station only 0.6miles away seeing the police at the other side of the stop light coming from the police station and they didn't even bat an eye at us and turned the opposite way. If people didn't get overly wild with the all night partying/noise, leaving their garbage behind, and driving into the lake drunk and fvcking up big time I doubt you would ever see the police in there. I was actually there this past labor day weekend and there were no police raids or anything and it was normal business there with 200+ people lol. Really that lake and surrounding trails should just be donated to the public to be used for exactly what its used for minus the stupid littering. Hell I would pay out of my pocket myself to setup dumpsters to keep the garbage clean. Me, my friend, and some other ATV riders we met online have actually been picking up a lot of trash and taking it out of there lately...at least 5+ large construction bags full of trash every time that we go there. The place is absolutely gorgeous but littered badly but we're trying to clean it up because the trash is definitely uncalled for regardless who legally owns the land, it's an absolutely beautiful place and if you're going to break the law and go there and use the land at the very least respect it by keeping it clean.
