Man that thing came out pretty nice for 200 bucks but with that purple peice you should have tried a blow torch from like 6 inches away I did that on my sportsman 400L came out great also how do you clean caked in mud off a chain haha took it muddin

Yeah, I thought about using a torch but, I wasn't confident I wouldn't destroy the part so, I used a method I knew wouldn't damage the plastic beyond repair.

at 20:45, it looks like a homemade upper motor mount, i think it was missing when you got it? i had to slot the mount upper hole to frame to allow for fine adjustment as it will shift the drive pulley position inside the housing. i used old shock rubber bushings between the mount and frame to avoid buying over priced junk ones. '92 - 350.

The upper mount is from my parts quad, it is the same mount that is on my 400L. The belt cover came off of my running 400L that slowly started to shrink over the years and started to rub. I sense replaced it with a new cover and that solved the issue of it rubbing and I just swapped that old cover onto the Scrambler and has the same rubbing issue. I believe a new cover on this Scrambler will solve any rubbing issues. Thanks for your input I appreciate your comments.
