BC is Terrans only capital ship made to fight all other capital ships. Protoss have 4 capital ships designed for differing tasks.

With great micro taking advantage of tempests' superior range, you can pick off battlecruisers without taking damage

@momentogeimer69 1 Yamato doesn't kill a tempest, and a high amount of tempests whit micro can beat bcs even with yamato and micro

Tempests are fairly cost effective against BCs, but only if you micro them hard; Terrans can just warp them into you, fire on the move, and Yamato gun you down 🙄

Protoss players are looking at this the wrong way. Terran has only ONE Capital ship - Battle Cruisers are design to fight other Capital ships, and are weaker for everything else. Protoss have FOUR Capital ships - Each made for different tasks. With respect to ENGAGEMENT - angle, surround, distance, kiteing etc... The Protoss Capital ship that does take out Terran Battlecruisers are Void Rays Tempest even though they have anti-armor are support to harrass and keep other forces at a distance while other units engage. Carriers are designed to lay siege to heavily fortified bases quickly Mothership is ultimately a support Capital ship.

A simple rule in a fight. Best to find oneself either in the center or back of an army to help increase one's chance of survival. 😛

With tempests u focuse them one by one, u don't let them auto attack each battlecruiser

when there are many tempests, it is better to leave the attack random, if you were to micrate one by one with 100 cruisers, they would lose, with a random attack they would kill several in that time

30v30 Tempest came in too early had major advantage. Use cruisers (slower unit) to engage, it’s more fair.

it's fair because that's the advantage of the tempest, just as the cruiser has the advantage of having more life, if you micro the cruiser it would be fair to micro the tempest too, and the victory of the storm would be easier
