You used the ICT s10 swap alternator and accessories brackets? looks like the stock steering shaft. Any mods to the air box and what brand or part number headers? This is a super clean build!!! Gives me peace for fitment in those brackets. I’m about to swap mine but just found out the yard sent me the wrong motor.

I used ICT also. Stock steering shaft. The headers were literally cheap ebay LS swap s10 headers. Like $89.00 they fit great on the drivers side. Had to modify the passenger side flange slightly. Nothing any muffler shop cant do.

a lot of money is what it takes,theres no such thing as a budget build swap to do it right,the wiring harness ,i bought it so it would plug and play,the ac lines,compressor,condensor relocator so you can fit a big enough radiator,headers hit everything,i didnt go with poly motor mounts because your entire dash would vibrate and rattle,i spent 2796.00 at cpw,and tons at ict billet,i went with a 6.0 from a L96 silverado 2500 hd,its 360 hp and 380 fpt,from the get go,you need to get rid of the vvt,might as well do a cam,so cam and springs plus vvt delete was 700.00 the intake was too big so i went with a shorter one,a ls3 so then everything had to be swapped,brackets for alt,and power steering,another bracket for ac compressor,evap cover,thats smaller so the engine fits,the headers still hit the steering shaft i bouhgt from cpw,had to take a hammer to the headers,plus you have to beat in a ton of places under the fire wall so they dont hit,im scared to add up everything but its around 8 grand,the engine was 1700.00 super clean 89,000 miles from a 2011 silverado hd 2500 so after its tuned it will be 400 hp.fuck a 5.3 its only 200 something hp.theres plenty more,the fuel lines and regulator kit was 400 something.the injectors needed to match the ls3 intake and fuel rails they were 665.00,i could keep going theres plenty more,several hundreds at oriellys on fluids,belt,go with msd plug wires they bend and were the only ones that didnt hit my headers after 3 sets of trying.,i did all the work myself,you cant pay a shop to do this,ordering parts would take months they would get tired of calling you saying you need to order shit.plus paying them for hours of labor would kill you.well good luck,

The stock trans will bolt to any small block or LS, you can buy motor mounts and headers from summit for like $700, stock fuel pump in the blazer will work with a stock truck ECU you just have to splice it into the remaining blazer harness, you may have to modify the oil pan or find one that works with the crossmember and front diff (if it’s a 4x4) a stock flywheel and clutch from a Silverado will work with the motor and NV3500 in the blazer if it’s a manual, depends on where you’re willing to cheap out and what you would do yourself, the fuel pump is a pulse modulated pump operating at 65 psi that any ECU from a Silverado will operate as long as you don’t want to run boost or anything super crazy, considering doing the same to my 05 blazer

NO OIL PRESSURE ? thats too loud for 200 something hp. i just did mine with a 6.0 L96 and tsp stage 1 with 2.5 true duals borla xr-1's and its loud as hell too but not like this.i also used cpw plug and play with all ls3 parts,intake and everything looks clean,and i have some lights on when i crank it,my battery,the brakes,fuel,and no oil pressure either so im like wtf,i paid a lot of money you know it,you did too,i spent 2,796.00 at cpw all the ac parts,condensor relocator,huge huge radiator bad ass fans.and i did every bit by myself,but the exhaust,i bought a big box of tubes from summit and paid a welder to come over,so i just fired it up.well i fired it up weeks ago open headers just to see if it would start,now that was loud haha clean ride hope you get what you want.dude dont get a sport bike,i did that already and where i live people come to ride every weekend and i see so many motorcycle crashes all the time,it sucks to hear them crash and hit a pine tree and walk out there not knowing if they are dead,it can happen to anyone.

That sounds about right LS swaps are not cheap like people claim. If you do the work yourself you're looking to spend 5k-8k on a 4.8 or 5.3. If you let a shop do it its probably 15k-20k parts and labor . And that's not even a 6.0 or 6.2

2003 silverado. Had to use LS swap motor mounts but the 4.3 blazer trans mount and cross member bolted up perfect to the 4l60e from the Silverado.
