Dre you the man....that's what i was figuring on doing....you right the other videos show the floor all hacked up. I was planning on tack welding a couple tabs underneath then pop riveting the circular piece right back in place.

I WENT 8X8 AND USED A METAL ELECTICAL DOOR FOR QUICK ACCESS .AIR TIGHT SEAL AND MORE ROOM TO WORK. LOOKS PRO LEVEL THIS IS HANDY MAN LEVEL BUT WORKS.

You could also make a grommet for that cover to slide into and silicone it after that.

Ot took me 3 hours to drop the tank and replace it the right way. I spent the money on a quality unit so I'll probably never have to do it again. But even if I do ill only take me 2 hours next time. Cutting up the van is a hack job.

You just defeated half of the purpose of creating the access cutout to get to the fuel pump by riveting them brackets in. If or when you need to change out the fuel pump in the future you will have to drill out all of them rivets and do it all over again.

Nope, if u look close i only installed one rivet in each bracket. All i need to do is turn the bracket. And the cutout in only siliconed on.
