@3:31:23. What Phil is referring to is that in the KOM competition at the end of this Giro, Casagrande and Chepe Gonzales were equal on points (71), and could not be separated. They gave Casagrande the option of sharing the competition with Chepe, but he selfishly declined and took the jersey for himself. This after Chepe had been awarded the jersey on the podium the day before at Sestriere.
