2000 Honda Civic Type R X: EK9 CTR review and tour

Following up the EP3R review with a look at an EK9, this car was was a blast to drive and corner, felt raw and enjoyable.

Well I've sold this one on now, but I do have a couple 'new to me' type R's: A DB8 and a DC8. The 90's type R's were such great cars!

EK9s never ever came with clear, only gunmetal chrome to stand out from all the other sub models.

I think prices on these will continue to climb and then spike at US eligibility when they turn 25 years old. Good idea on the K swap! Not sure about driving one handed though!

i have a low miles dc5 r white red seats locked up in the winter.
