Any help i have a 2004 Nissan Xterra it turns over but wont actually start it ran just fine just one them days i can hear the fuel pump so im not to sure only code has in for my catalytic converter but it was running just fine so i figured couldn't be the reason. Any pointers

May need to test fuel pressure first. just because the pump is on dosnt mean its good. sometimes you can be off by 5 psi and it wont start.

I know it’s been awhile but I have 00’ xe 5speed and I got a P0340 so I even have a sensor or is it incorporated in the entire distributor?

@@__Melzz__ Unforently you have to get a new distributor. A used one is risky

Mine wont catch 4th and im getting the same code

could be another issue, tps sensor or vss. You dont always get a code until something is way out and also some scanners dont ctach transmissions issues

I did not but if it helps you go for it just make sure to use a jack stand
