The reason it hum so much is because of the harmonics in the inverter output wavelength. I have an offgrid setup and I always try to make my things work directly on DC... Inverters are often unreliable and inefficient

Mine is from 2020 and i run it every day. My battery is from 2018 and has over 5000 cycles. I open my batteries and things and keep them going longer than any other.

As somebody who went to school to be an electrical engineer many moons ago your some of your actions and comments concern me greatly. You seem to lack even a basic grasp of some very simple yet very critical fundamentals... if I'm reading things correctly and this really is the case PLEASE read up on things and try and find a local group that deals with electronics, preferably one with at least a few certified electricians or engineers involved. You'll learn a lot and hopefully have a great time. Stay safe and have fun.

They can't even get it out of the package, they definitely should not be doing wiring. 😄

I have talked with many electricians. My inverter is ment for a car. Its cheap. My inverter and variac are both under 200 dollars in total. Its not my first round with things.
