Yeah, They can be alot of work sometimes but it's worth it in the end.

Try installing a sump on the bottom of your tank and get rid of the draw straw, you'll never lose fuel pressure that way.

I had considered that. I wasn't sure the likelihood of it getting hit by accident either offroad or potentially unavoidable road debris. I like the concept but was weighing the options. I am seriously considering a Fleece SureFlo Sending unit that is designed for Aftermarket lift pumps.

​@@Lonestar24V I did the beans sump and it was a quick install and has worked out great. If you knock it off you have more issues than the sump.

Looks like you have enough lift for 37s, 37s and 17 inch wheels will ride a lot nicer

I had thought about that, I think I could clear them and 17s with a 37 would look awesome. I agree they would probably ride so much better.

I have a 99 2nd gen. I replaced the under hood light with a nice LED unit only problem is it doesn’t turn off when the hood is shut…

Yeah the factory light housing had a little switch built in that would turn it off when the hood would close. I bet you could put a small pressure switch for the hood to make contact with that would open the ground circuit and turn it off when closed?.
