I really enjoyed this car. It was a very tidy RN4 Honda Stream with 60,000km. The Stream itself is very similar to an EP3 Honda Civic with similar styling and lines, but lots more seats! Mine had 4wd option and K20A3 engine.

Great video, I didn't realise they did a 4WD version! I've had my Stream for 9 years now and love it. The dream is to install a Type R engine with a 6 speed manual gearbox :)

Thank you! Glad you like the video. I had this stream for about 2 months before I sold it, and I really liked it too. I do wish there was a manual option in Japan but I think those were only in Europe. An Integra type R K20A and transmission would be really cool in one of these!

Use to own one since new in 2001. Pretty awesome mpv. 2.0 engine. very practical car and sporty at the same time. I miss that car

cool, eh? I just got back from a holiday in Europe and I saw a couple of LHD 5speed Stream models. We might wind up with an updated version sometime in the future like we did with the Honda HR-V

Thanks for the review. I've been seriously debating between the JDM Odyssey or the Stream. I'm just hoping the Stream came in the 1.7 engine so that I can get parts.
@BonsaiRidesImports7 жыл бұрын
TheOutdoorman40 there is a 1.7 stream it is an RN1 in 2wd and an RN2 in awd chassis respectively. The K20 engine in the RN3/4's is a pretty easy engine to source parts for though

What kind of gas mileage did you get in this thing? how was the 4wd? is it always 4wd or only when the front wheels slip? definitely an interesting little car.
@BonsaiRidesImports7 жыл бұрын
I do a more thorough explanation of how Honda's realtime 4wd works in my Stepwgn video. As for fuel economy.. this was more then a year ago that I had the car. Similar to an RD5 CR-V? But I really can't remember what I was getting.

Alright thanks and just one more thing does the middle seat fold flat with the rest of the rear?

Don KiksBiscuits no it’s a Stream
@sequentialtt04155 жыл бұрын
Well,the Stream is basically a Civic in anyways,the engine is from a Civic as well,the architecture and some several features are from the EM/EP generation Civic as well. So technically,its a Civic Wagon,but with a different name
@sk01w4 жыл бұрын
The civic wagon 's already exist, called aerodeck, the stream is much bigger
