Hey what size is that circlip for the clutch actuator it's the black clip for the silver tensioner

When you blasted the cylinder did you have to cover the inside of the sleeve or did you just blast everything?

You have to cover the the inside. Vapor blasting can throw off the note size/ scratches the sleeve

The cylinder was carefully masked off for cleaning. Then prepped before installation. 👍🏻

The one in the video is a company called "Bolt Hardware". If they don't have it you can also try "Spec Bolt". I would recommend both 👍🏻

I'm looking at a 2001 Yamaha 125 TTR, what does the TTR mean? Also, would you say this is still a great bike to ride? Is it considered a great find?

I could be wrong but I dont believe it means anything other than to designate the type of bike it is (trail bike). It is a great bike to learn on and do trail riding but it would not be good for track riding. Hope this helps!

This video is on a YZ 125 (two stroke, lots of power). A 125 TTR is a completely different bike (125cc four stroke, kids bike)

The customer had it powder coated at a shop unknown to me :/ ... Just make sure to look at some samples and I'm sure you can find one just as good!

Slow editing and too much time panning on unfinished bike? Finish it then pan over and over. All that trouble and used the old plastic design, get R tech kit and make it awesome....but good work for the most part... Brapppp
