So many guys would pay you to send that PC suspension linkage to a machinist for them to duplicate them. PC doesn’t make them anymore and every machinist says they can make them, they just need an original sent their way for them to get the dimensions. You would make so many people happy haha I have been looking for that full PC linkage setup for years now!

Hello can i replace my 94' CR 250's plastic gear and shaft of water pump with the 97'+ that is metallic? Some dudes told me tha is possible , but i like to listen to your opinion . I can see that you re too experienced :)

did you vapor blast the entire engine cases without splitting them? didn't all the glass beads entered inside the engine?

I would have opted for a reputable porting job versus the flashy billet Head. Beautiful work non the less.

Vapor blasting is such an invaluable tool for restorations. The ability to get materials to a better than new finish, AND maintain the parts tolerances on precision surface, is such a time saver. Solvents were great when the good formulas were available, and ultrasonic cleaners are great when parts can fit in them, but vapor blasting/honing is the new king. What media do you use? Have you experimented at all with different medias?

Pro-Tip if you missed it - Soak your fiber plates in oil over night! They’re porous and need to suck up some oil. They’ll have perfect feel from lap one and will last longer 🤙🏻
